Premiere Classe Lille Sud - Seclin

Tout d’abord une direction et ses employés peu agréable. Ils m’ont fait payer ma petite erreur et ont tenté de me faire payer deux fois. Ils n’ont pu le faire puisque toutes les preuves étaient entre mes mains, ils ne se sont même pas excusé et ont été arrogants. Absolument pas Commerciale, je ne recommande pas et ne retournerai pas, c’est la première fois que j’aille dans cette hôtel à Lille, j’y vais tous les mois. La télé, dans ma chambre n’avait même pas toutes les chaînes de la TNT.

Agréable hôtel. Chambre trop petite. Femme de ménage qui entre pour demander d'évacuer la chambre alors qu'il reste 30min.

Het is geen luxe hotel. Kamer stinkt naar sigaretten. Liever +30 euro extra betalen voor een beter hygiene.

For what we needed this hotel was ideal. Rooms are small and compact but no complaints at all. Affordable, clean, tidy and beds were very comfy. Served its purpose as somewhere to drop off our stuff and then come back to get our heads down. Hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with and very friendly, helped us check in early and had details to hand for local transport and taxis. Retail park the Hotel is on is absolutely loaded too, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, fast food and boulangeries galore. We drove and from Dunkirk it was about a 45 min drive. To get in to Lille was simple and easy enough, 5-10 min walk to train station, 5 mins on train and then straight on to the Metro. (Taxi back at 1 in the morning was about 40 euros from smack bang the centre of Lille.) If in Lille again we'll definitely be back and will use again.

The image in my mind when you pay approx €250 for a night is a hotel room with a little luxury. What you get is a shoebox. The doors don’t shut or close properly, the bathroom is so small you have to step out backwards because ita too tight to turn around in. The lighting is ridiculous, better to use the torch on your mobile phone to see then rely on a wall light in the corner with the luminescence of a candle. It seemed clean enough, but no wonder the hotel had some availability for the rugby world cup, I should have checked other reviews before blindly booking this disaster.

OK short stop for rugby, not a long term stay, but ok for the one night

We had to check in late and we’re able to do via an automated machine outside of the hotel door. It gave us no issue and we were able to get into our room quickly. The room was clean and simple, and had everything needed for a restful night.

Bed was a bit slumped in the middle, pillows were too small and soft

We hadden op doorreis voor deze prijs maar 2 wensen nachtrust en dat het schoon was. De wanden lijken van karton. Je hoort de andere gasten gewoon praten en iedereen zijn wekker in de morgen afgaan. Bed was netjes en schoon maar de badkamer hield ook te wensen over
