First, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2" inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

The rooms were a bit dated, but comfortable. We were automatically charged for room cleaning $15 per day but never received this service. We were informed we should have requested it. Seems a bit odd to have to request something we pay for.

The Green Tree Inn has just what we needed for our stay in Sedona. Great location, clean and quiet.

It was ok, room was tiny and the sheets were stained, also you had to leave the water on for like 10 min before it came out hot

Our room was disconnect from the main build. We didn’t have enough towels and needed more. They did not have no one for bring it and we had to leave the hotel and try to get back to the main building through a busy avenue. Not good at all. People smoked outside what made the smell of cigar an inconvenience.

It was convenient to where I wanted to be. The only thing was if wanting to cross the highway, it was a bit of a walk to reach the light and then had to walk back the same distance to reach what was right across the highway.

Ice machine was broken the whole time, and fridge was suspect. Everything else was great. Great service

The place of this hotel is good, considering the famous palces of sedona. But, the overall services need to be improved. When we get back our room at 4 PM, we found that the room was not yet cleaned at all. Considering approximate 60 $ for service fees, it is very astonishing and disappointed. However, the quality of breakfast is good, although too too crowded.

TV did not work. Outlets in the room did not work. The room was old, needs renovated. Bed was comfortable. Swimming area was very nice.
