Our room was nicely decorated and had lots of space, except for the toilet which was very small. The massages by Thomas were very professional and good. Gilian Bak was great help for our heating issue and service in the restaurant. Generally staff at reception was helpful and friendly, however, they had to perform many tasks for which they were clearly not educated. The food and drink at the Lakeside restaurant was very good, great wines and good steak, maybe a bit pricey. Unfortunately our experience was tarnished by the following: - hotel is understaffed, e.g. no one at reception when we arrived: it took us over 10 minutes to find someone for the check-in, despite having announced our arrival time - we had silverfish in the bathroom and the toilet and despite informing reception on day one, nothing happened - heating did not work on day one in our room, this was fortunately fixed by the waiter of the restaurant - all the faucets were calcified - the spa cannot really be called a spa as it consists of one sauna and an infrared cabin, it was under renovation during our visit and we had received no advance notice - breakfast was relatively sparse for a 4 star hotel, a number of things had to be paid extra Somehow the special touch was missing, which is a pity for a hotel in such a great location. It is too expensive for the service offered. Cleanliness and Customer Service would have to improve significantly before we would come again.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights for a work off-site in November. First of all, the hotel arranged a pick-up for me from Munich airport and the email correspondence was very easy. The weather wasn't great, so we couldn't really enjoy the lake, but the building itself is new and spacious. The style is classical, like a traditional London hotel - high ceilings, bright wall paper, comfortable and fancy chairs, sofas, etc. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the pillows and blankets were of high quality down feathers. Again - very tastefully decorated. The food was great (soup, salmon tartar, saldas, steak, fish, Schnitzel), the staff (some from Portugal) were super friendly and provided very fast service. I hope to come back again during the more sunny months because the view of the lake was amazing even when it was raining. I am sure that this would be wonderful wedding location! I can highly recommend!

We just had there our perfect wedding celebration. Everything was perfectly organized by Leandro and Marta. The food was and the service was absolutly stunning. The personal the receptionist, Baki and the waiter at the Bella bar and the Lido Kiosk were super nice. The hotel itself but also the rooms are the nicest we ever have been to. We checked out wedding locations all over Germany and this is probably the best you can find 100% recommendation.

What a beautiful place, quit, in nature and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is incredible nice, my compliments they worked hard and where there always to help you even in the evening, from frontdesk till restaurant what a wonderfull staff. The food and breakfast were delicious with fresh products. We will be back, and a tip there is a Italian restaurant close by called Da Noi, unbelievable good italien food.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of January and we cannot wait to come again! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. Our room was great, big enough for our needs and we loved the floor heating. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room overlooking the lake. The comfortable lounge was inviting for afternoon coffee by the fireplace and I just regret not booking afternoon tea. We both got massages by Thomas - absolutely excellent and professional I also got a facial from Martina which was superb I’d love to come back in the summer when the beer garden is open and sit by the lake but the snowy days we had were a delight

Super schönes Hotel , sehr großzügige Suiten.Personal sehr freundlich.Service hervorragend.Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen, nicht diese typischen Buffets.Die direkte Seelage ist traumhaft.Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal da, und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im stilvollen Hotel in traumhafter ruhiger Lage direkt am See mit Liegewiese und Zugang zum Badesteg. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl in diesem Hotel. Sehr aufmerksame, kompetente und warmherzige Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Großzügige, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Ausblick auf den See. Zudem sehr gutes Essen und Frühstücksbuffet was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Ein kleines Paradies.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich, besonders mit Baki haben wir viel gelacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Auch das Abendessen war immer ein Traum. Leider konnten wir wegen des schlechten Wetters die Liegewiese direkt am See nicht genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder bei Schönwetter. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass keine echten Blumen auf den Tischen stehen und die Sauna, die anscheinend nachträglich in ein "normales" Zimmer eingebaut wurde. Die Fensterrahmen werden durch die Hitze stark verformt. Ansonsten Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sandra und Martin
