Hotel terbaik di Segovia

My first impression of the hotelroom was WOW! Nicely decorated, clean and the hall to the hotellroom was beautiful. The hotell is close to the center with a walkingdistance of bearly 10 minutes. The hotel lies in a quiet area but the walls at the hotellroom are not soundproof since it is an old hotell. There is a restaurant at the hotell, we didnt eat there so I cant say anything about this. However I can say some about the breakfast. It is a big dining room and you have everything you need. It was however the first time the staff yelled at me in the breakfast buffé at a hotell, without me knowing what I did wrong cause the staff asumed that I talked spanish. Apparantly I stepped in to a place where only the staff may be, even though it was an open area and not closed of. There was no signs whatsoever in the breakfast saying that you may not pick the breakfast by yourself or make the coffee by yourself. If this is related to covid, I wonder howcome you can take juice by your own? Why I wonder is because there is a pipe that you have to lift up with your hand to pour your juice and there are no gloves anywhere to use. That was quite an wakeup so that is my reason to why I wont choose this hotel again. The service wasent top quality and lacked basic empathy.

Tenía una reserva de 2 habitaciones (una doble y otra triple) para la noche del 17-18 de agosto. El domingo pasado, por error cancelé la reserva y en cuanto me di cuenta les escribí pues esa reserva ya estaba pagada y no había posibilidad de reembolso (246€). Les pedí, por favor, que reactivasen la reserva ya que había sido un error. El Hotel Cándido contestó que eso era cosa de Booking. Estuve todo el día intentando que Booking entendiese la situación y reactivase mi reserva que había anulado por error sólo unas horas antes y para la que quedaba más de un mes. Booking me dijo que hablaría con el hotel para que hiciese una excepción. Viendo que no me daban más información llamé al hotel directamente, expliqué mi caso, pedí por favor que reactivasen mi reserva, que había sido un error. Después de un buen rato hablando con la recepcionista me dice que su superior no le permite reactivarla si no pago 39€ más. Pido hablar con la superior, Ángela, y me atiende con unos modales poco amistosos y me dice que si quiero reactivar la reserva voy a tener que pagar y que de gracias que no me cobra más porque no se había dado cuenta que una de las habitaciones es triple. Sinceramente, me sentí humillada con el trato recibido y le pedí que por favor entendiese la situación, que había sido un error, que en Booking, en ese momento, la reserva me costaría incluso más barata, 230€, pero se negó en rotundo y se mofó de mí diciendo que si quería la tarifa que tenía sin pagarle el suplemento que hablase con Booking, que no me iban a hacer ni caso. Yo sé que el error fue mío al cancelar la reserva por error, pero me siento estafada y maltratada por el trato recibido por parte del Hotel Cándido y, más concretamente, por Ángela. Sinceramente, nos han fastidiado las vacaciones familiares que teníamos planeadas y me parece que están jugando con los sueños de una familia por ganar algo más de dinero

Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

For our overnight stay we have chosen the “Hotel Los Arcos”, and this for his superb location close to the historic center, about a small 5m on foot from the tourist office next to the Segovia aqueduct. Here are many restaurants where you can have a meal. And for those who do not stay for a night, they can park the car in the underground garage near the Aqueduct. The hotel has its own garage and access from inside the hotel with a lift so that luggage can be loaded safely and as comfortably as possible. The staff were very attentive, breakfast is very good, and varied! So we where very pleased with our choice, and when we are coming back to Segovia, we already do know where we will stay.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel but was disappointed thoroughly. It started with the bed... we had selected a king-size bed while booking and what we got was a double bed. Not really the best choice when you are traveling with your husband. On top of that there was another single bed in the room. So, we got a room with 3, yes THREE, beds !!! There was even a small bench inside the room. The property is old and the rooms are also very old. No bath robes our slippers were provided. The bathroom had a bathtub and a bidet. The room service menu had very limited options. The room had a nice view of the aqueduct and that was the best part about it. The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful.

My family really enjoyed our time at the Real Segovia. Fresh off a plane, we valued a quiet night’s sleep and we were not disappointed. No moto or traffic noise at all. And the views from the rooftop terrace are spectacular! The breakfast buffet was solid but nothing special. Front desk service was always with a smile. We had the Superior room, which had great views of the aqueduct and the mountains. Beware: GPS will try to take you down the pedestrian street in front of the hotel. There are unloading parking spaces just a few feet away around the corner on Calle De La Herreria.

因為格外喜歡塞戈維亞，所以特意找了一家帶停車位的酒店，這家酒店好多房型不能退訂 從托雷多驅車一個半小時到了塞戈維亞，把車停在了酒店門口的白線裏的車位上，在辦理入住時候被前台一個黃色頭髮胖胖的前台告知車必須停在收費的地方，而且沒有訂房時所看的免費停車位，那個白線車位衹能停五分鐘，超時就會喊拖車給我拖走。無奈衹好停後面藍線裏，因為不會操作，前台在極不耐煩的情況下幫我輸入了車牌號，我反覆確認是否正確后停好車付款。可當天晚上就收到了一張八十歐的罰單，可前台的意思是我運氣不好，她也沒辦法，後來多虧有個工作人員告訴我取消罰單的辦法，才得知是前台輸入車牌號的方法有誤，去找前台理論，前台的意思很蠻橫，就是我們是前台，我們又不知道怎麼輸入車牌號，這跟我們也沒關係，我火的要命，吵了一架，心裏不痛快，這不是歧視么？第二天退房又去理論了一番才回去，總之，這個酒店住的很不爽

I have stayed here before and enjoyed my previous stay at the hotel and this wasn’t any different. As I was alone and staying just one night whilst travelling from the ferry in Santander to Málaga, I just needed somewhere clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast and that is exactly what I got for €50 (£44). The bathroom was good although the toilet was very close to the washbasin and tucked in behind one side but the shower was good with very hot water. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals, eggs, ham, bread, yoghurt and fruit etc and the lady serving coffee was lovely and friendly. I will certainly stay here again, the location right on the Plaza Mayor could not be bettered.

Once a family home, Casa is a modern, charming, renovated hotel. It’s located a 3-min. walk to the Plaza Mayor, where you’ll find several bars and restaurants. It’s a longer walk to Plz. Azoguejo, the site of the aqueduct and the tourist office. My room spacious, modern, and well designed for the traveler. However, the one had to be thin and agile to get into the bathtub/ shower bec. the sink was set so close to it. Outstanding personnel, including Vanessa, researched the train schedule for me and guided me through the tricky train website so that I could reserve a seat. Tips: A varied and ample buffet breakfast is available for 10 Euros.
