Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great!
The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless.
Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site.
When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical.
We can't wait to return!!

The hotel is in a great location, close to Disney, and in a great environment with its own parking. The lobby is nice with public services, vending machines for water and snacks, but some of them are broken. The room is quite big, very well equipped and very nice to stay in. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disneyland every half an hour, but it hopes to add more buses in the evening after the fireworks are over, as crowded buses can cause conflicts.

Excellent stay, we arrived early, we’re allowed to store bags in the rear reception, not a problem with staff at all! Fabulous location, local shops nearby. 15 minute taxi to Disney.
Staff - all were polite, and couldn’t help enough. Excellent.
Breakfast - Continental, was absolutely fine for me and the children. Very few offerings for vegan, (wife), but was expected.
All in all, very happy stay, and will definitely return! My children loved the bird theme throughout the hotel!

Perfect location for Disneyland Paris just catch a bus outside that takes you to Disneyland. Breakfast is only £6 each which is really good but if your vegan as my friend is, there’s no options except from soy milk but the cereals had chocolate in and nothing was labelled so she just ate jam and sliced oat bread. Only like snacking options like croissant or pan au chocolat were choices.
Hotel was clean and had a lovely area to drink casually with some games. Rooms are very small but for the price it’s as expected. Unfortunately I forgot to inform the receptionist about room 004 but our door would not lock so we placed a chair infront of it for 2 nights. The property is secure as you can’t access these rooms if your not staying in the hotel but it was just as precaution.

非常好的一間酒店。剛到時一位高瘦的男性前台用中文問候，不得不說，這種友好方式很受用。
距離公交站五分鐘步行、距迪士尼半小時公交車程，樓下有遊戲機廳和餐廳，出門就有飯店 。 周圍環境也是巴黎最整齊乾淨的社區，煙花表演完坐34路公交車回去有好多人一起，很安全。
設施新、隔音好、乾淨衛生，每天打掃換毛巾、房間大、早餐有牛奶酸奶雞蛋培根麵包肉片果醬...... 和各種麥片，在歐洲的同級酒店早餐中算是選擇比較豐富的。
孩子們說，下次再去迪士尼還住這裏，好，准奏！

For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Located just a couple of minutes from the RER station and travelling as a solo female in a wheelchair I never felt uncomfortable about the area. Hotel was clean, lift big enough, loved that accessible room could easily be booked online, breakfast excellent value and decent choices for the price. Room was big enough to move around in wheelchair, plug by the bed is always good, large wet room bathroom met my needs. Bins emptied, bed made and towels replaced if needed daily. Could hear trains a little but not bad and they do stop between midnight and 6am ish.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location with regular shuttle back and forth Disney land. Easy to get to from CDG using either RER B line to Paris and then A line to marne la vallee chessy or the high speed TGV direct from CDG to Marne La Vallee.
Stayed in studio apartment, excellent size for a couple and really clean. Hotel staff spoke English and French which was great. Really cannot fault anything.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is very nice size wise, the look and feel of it but there are many down sides to the place that wont let me stay in it. Poor communication from the beginning since we checked in no one offered us any discount which i know they do but they called us on our last day to ask if we received any? Another down point is the sugar there are no sugar in the villa any they wont offer it i have to go and buy it myself from the market which is simple essential that event 2 star hotel would offer it ?! Being a Marriott bonvoy member wouldn't count here !no slipper we had to request for them lots of spiders, insects and spicer womb which shows they don't even try to remove them !!! Going and coming to Disney with the hotel shuttle cost money per person ? Which is weird !!! The hotel could offer a nice experience but u will have to pay for everything to have this experience and if i assume family’s to stay i. It as it is bear Disney that wouldn't be the best option !

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMy girlfriend and I planned a trip to Disneyland from the 1 January to the 4 January. Within the 4 days and 3 nights, it was honestly worth its price point. Going to the hotel was a breeze as it’s just a few minutes away from the Val D’Europe RER station. For service, they seem quite understaffed but still they were very helpful and friendly. For places to eat, there are quite a few restaurants to choose from but we usually just ate at the Vietnamese place nearby which very worth it. Also if you like to cook on your own, there provide a complete set of cookery and equipment as well as a dish washer. However it would be nice if they also had a washing machine as well.

this hotel provides a new fresh and basic lodging option with free shuttle bus service to the parks.
Room
There is no room key cards. A code is given to you that you either memorize or carry the paper with you. We reserved a room with one large bed but received the family room which includes 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is nicely laid out with plenty of area space.
Take note that they don’t provide toiletries.
Breakfast
Breakfast is between 7-11 am. The spread includes croissants and bread with toppings like jam, Nutella, honey, and applesauce. There is also yogurt, cold cuts and cheese. Daily, there will be 1 egg offered (omelette, hard boiled, poached) as warm item. For drinks, you have the options of coffee, tea, cocoa, and juice. I love that it’s simple & basic.
Amenities
There is a arcade room for kids & vending machines for hot and cold drinks, snacks and even essential toiletries. There is also a microwave to heat up sandwiches.
Cafe
You can buy their lunch box from Les Halles. Dinner is available 6-11pm. They have pasta, pizza, salad and sandwiches. There is also a bar to order some light snacks and drinks such as sodas, juices, liquor, wine and beer. A menu is €15 for adults and €9 for children or you can purchase a la carte with food ranging from €4-8.

The rude bar manager with Asian background refused to honor the drinks the reception gave us on arrival. I had to call reception and get them involved. They fixed the problem kindly.

PPengguna TetamuThe best feature of the aparthotel is the lovely staff and its location - it’s walking distance to Disney, it’s right beside the Val d’Europe mall which is also next door to La Vallée Village shopping outlet and the Val d’Europe rail station for the RER A train straight to CDG airport and Paris. The downside is that we had no airconditioning or fans on possibly the hottest week in France but for the price (which is well less than half if you booked a Disney partner hotel!) it was worth it - the bedroom and the lounge (with the comfy and easy pull-out sofa bed) both had double doors that opens up so we were still able to let some cool air in. All basic stuff we need were there like dinnerware, cutlery, pots/pans, kettle, fridge and induction hob. Our room also had a large balcony with table and chairs and so we were able to have dinner outside some evenings. Overall great value for money and we will use again.

MMIN LEONGThe service was excellent even though overnight for transit purpose. The reception is friendly. Immediate action was taken when I was complaint about the room. However, the 1st room that I enter was not proper clean (the blanket and pillow were mess on the bed). The 2nd room that I enter, the kettle was fill with water and the basin was block (slow flowing). Heater not functioning.
The most attracted me is the shuttle bus service. I will be thumb up for this service.

PPengguna TetamuWe loved staying at this hotel as it was very close to Disneyland and the buses were frequent and only cost €2. The bus stops were just outside the hotel so very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped including a fridge. The staff were not over helpful but we didn’t need to engage with them much. There’s a restaurant a minute away who offer great meals. The wifi facility was very bad. No mobile reception and being in one of the bottom rooms we couldn’t get wifi at all. The only place was in reception and that too was weak. The overall stay was good and very convenient. I would recommend this hotel but not if you need to do things online.
