Excellent location and ease of access to Disneyland Paris. Staff were very friendly and being able to leave luggage before check in and after checkout whilst you go to the park is great to have. Can’t complain and highly recommend to everyone going to Disneyland Paris

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à la Maison du Saussoy à l’occasion d’un mariage auquel nous étions invités dans le coin. C’est un lieu absolument charmant qui coche toutes les cases pour un séjour réussi : - accueil chaleureux des propriétaires - chambre très propre, spacieuse, à la literie confortable et à la salle de bains toute neuve. Bouilloire dans la chambre avec thé,café offerts, ce qui est toujours une touche très agréable. - Nous avons séjourné un nuit à la Maison du Saussoy à l’occasion d’un mariage auquel nous étions invités dans le coin. The place is very nice size wise, the look and feel of it but there are many down sides to the place that wont let me stay in it. Poor communication from the beginning since we checked in no one offered us any discount which i know they do but they called us on our last day to ask if we received any? Another down point is the sugar there are no sugar in the villa any they wont offer it i have to go and buy it myself from the market which is simple essential that event 2 star hotel would offer it ?! Being a Marriott bonvoy member wouldn't count here !no slipper we had to request for them lots of spiders, insects and spicer womb which shows they don't even try to remove them !!! Going and coming to Disney with the hotel shuttle cost money per person ? Which is weird !!! The hotel could offer a nice experience but u will have to pay for everything to have this experience and if i assume family’s to stay i. It as it is bear Disney that wouldn't be the best option !

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

Strongly recommend. But no shuttle bus. Need Uber taxi. Nice service. Old hotel but Very clean.

This Aparthotel is not too bad, location is good for shopping in the outlet shopping mall ( La Vallée Village Paris ). But the carpet on the floor of the room is quite dirty, the hotel should change this point; during staying two nights there, I had nasal allergies. The reception service is very slow, for checking-in around 22:00 we were waiting almost 30 minutes.

Abbiamo dormito una notte in camera executive. Abbastanza spaziosa, pulita, minibar, accappatoio e ciabattine, Nespresso, bagno con vasca troppo alta, biglietto di benvenuto. Ok letto, cuscini, tende e bagno altri punti da migliorare...tipo moquette e divano. Posizione tranquilla a 2 passi da Ury, ampio parcheggio nel verde. Non abbiamo consumato la colazione ma cenato molto bene nel loro ristorante, servizio veloce e gentile, prezzo un po' alto. Personale alla reception così così, al pomeriggio restio di parole e sorrisi, al mattino dopo gentile.

Convenient located on our way to Disneyland. We strayed one night. Typical Novotel. Good for families. The rude bar manager with Asian background refused to honor the drinks the reception gave us on arrival. I had to call reception and get them involved. They fixed the problem kindly.
