My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

Etablissement choisi pour aller voir un concert au Zénith. Excellent choix, le parc de la Villette est à 40 minutes de marche en longeant le canal de l'Ourcq (très agréable) ou bien 10 minutes de métro. L'établissement est neuf, parfaitement décoré, collé à un centre commercial dans un quartier en transformation. Tout est dans le standard haut Ibis Styles. Je recommande sans souci.

I stayed two nights in here, after reading other feedbacks I though it’s going be nightmare. But after I stayed I can say it was really pleasant stay, everything was clean, receptionist is nice, perfectly speaking english, room is big for one person, all beddings, shower gel, towels, toilet paper is here, privacy, easy check in, there is a supermarker near by, all bus stops less than 7min walk, easy to travel to Paris and back. I choose this hotel because it was the cheapest option for my visit in Paros, but deffinetly I will choose it again. Thank you! :)

合計3連泊をしたのですが、パリの市内観光に行くには、地下鉄を使って、あちこちしなければならなく、バスをうまく使えなかったので、最寄りの駅まで歩いて30分以上かかり、少し遠かったです。
ただ、晩秋で紅葉が綺麗で、とても健康的に駅との往復ができました！

Please carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

PPengguna TetamuI booked a room with twin beds for my husband and 11 year old to stay, hotel offered a room with king bed instead. It wasn’t the first time they messed up with our booking, disappointingly their service keeps descending. Except the location was excellent, its not worth spending close to $200 for one night.

OOtiliaI came to Paris for my 20th birthday, and choosing this hotel was the best decision! The stay was wonderful from the moment I stepped inside the hotel, Tiifo was spectacular, he welcomed me and my partner like in no other place and made our stay unforgettable, Christopher from reception was polite, professional and very helpful. Jana from the restaurant was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much Tiifo and the rest for this fantastic experience and the memories made here.

PPengguna TetamuWas quite surprised to be asked for a deposit of 100 euros when I arrived, since I had already paid the full booking ahead. My booking was for a room including breakfast. On departure, I was refunded only 67 euros and told by the staff that I had to pay a supplement for breakfast which didn't make sense?
Also the shower water was not warm, almost cold - left me shaking for hours, not very convenient for winter in Paris.

PPengguna TetamuThis has been our go to place to stay at Roissy for flights back to the states. Unfortunately, quality has gone downhill. A/C was present in lobby and main floor but had been SHUT DOWN to all rooms due to time of year (September). Our room, 604 (22 Sept 2022), on the top floor was about 80F. The windows could not be opened because the handles had been removed for security. Hotel assistance insisted that if we turned off the A/C unit and restarted it that cold air would commence. On multiple attempts, the little green light next to the snow flake would not illuminate. Housekeeping was dispatched to take us on a tour of 6 other rooms, all with the same issue. The hotel was half empty due to price/demand and there were multiple rooms, all with defunct A/C. The housekeeper finally admitted that hotel management had shut down the A/C for all rooms in the building due to time of year with no regard for actual temperature inside the building or customer comfort. This is a relatively expensive hotel with many options in this price range available with working climate control. After wasting 25 minutes touring rooms on the 6th floor and the 3rd floor, we resigned ourselves to a poor night of sleep. After a second request, house keeping brought a handle to open our window. With it open, the room was cooler but we were subject to merciless aircraft noise. Note to Novotel corporate- A/C is vital for airport hotels because opening windows isn't practical with the noise. At minimum, have a thermostat in rooms set to a min temp like 75F rather than hot box your clients. If you are shutting down A/C, make certain your minsplits are ducted to draw cooler outside air to your upper floors. We noted that A/C was working fine in the lobby and restaurant to keep staff cool. It was only in the rooms that it was shut down. Running the fan on full simply pulled additional warm air into our room as it was obvious the AC mini-splits are not ducted outdoors. This issue was brought to the attention of hotel staff with no acceptable solution. Hotel staff are located in a very informal space at desks more suited to an office share than a hotel. Staff were often roaming around the space and it was difficult to ascertain who was actually in charge. The popup drain for the bathroom sink was stuck down and could not be opened. The pop up lever had become detached which was not identified by housekeeping before our room was occupied. There was soap scum from previous occupants that had never drained. There was a general lack of quality control or consideration for guest comfort. Bathrobes and two types of water in the mini-bar are a nice touch, but what we really want is to sleep in a temperature-controlled space and have basics like working sinks. Sleep is the primary goal! We will be staying at the Hilton or a competitor from now on.

CChiaraHotel molto carino e nuovissimo a cavallo della zona 1/2 di Parigi. Comodissima la metro n12 direttamente sotto l'hotel per arrivare in centro in circa 20 minuti.
Nelle vicinanze una buonissima boulangerie per fare colazione. Possibilità di deposito bagagli, staff molto gentile. La stanza è piccolina così come il bagno ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
Unica nota negativa è la pulizia in camera è il cambio di asciugamani: ne è previsto uno solo gratis a soggiorno ma quando ho fatto la richiesta mi è stato detto che l'avrebbero fatta l'indomani ed invece in 5 GG di soggiorno questo non è mai avvenuto.
La carta igienica e il phon vanno chiesti in reception quando basterebbe farli trovare in abbondanza in camera a seconda della lunghezza del soggiorno.

The room is cleaned every day and the facilities nearby are excellent including a supermarket restaurants and public transport routes. I can’t thank him enough for such a fantastic experience.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked 2 rooms (612 and 613) from may 23rd till 25th, everything was fine till we discovered when we were packing to leave for the airport to catch our flight that 2 full bags of new makeup were empty and new shirt also missing , we went to the reception and make a complaint and they called for the housekeeping lady to confront her but didn’t lead to any thing , they left the bags and took the thing for us not to notice until it was too late. Also when we arrived at night there were only one staff member to work the bar and the reception , so it took us a while to get up to our rooms, other than that the room was ok, spacious, bit overpriced and the fact that our stuff went missing ruined our whole Paris experience!
