We stayed here just for one night. It is currently being renovated, but very much a restaurant business with very basic rooms. We had water dripping from the ceiling into our room, but the staff at the hotel were not interested in addressing this, and neither were **********. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay.

If you want a traditional family run hotel without the frills but with excellent local food and hospitality then look no further. Olivier and Marthe are fantatsic hosts with a great sense of humour and always happy to help where they can. We stayed here 4 years ago (pre-covid) and just got back from a return visit and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had to work late one night and the hosts even made a meal for us to heat up in our self contained studio, that had small kitchenette a micorwave and fridge. Note: the restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday but you can arrange access wih the owner and there are places around Seingbouse where food is available. great choice of laocal wine and beer.

Nous avons mangé en famille samedi soir avec ma maman ,toutes les deux nous avons choisi le poulet façon cordon bleu , le poulet de ma maman n'était pas très frais , nous l'avons signalé à la serveuse , qui nous a dit vaguement et sèchement qu'elle allait faire passer l'info au chef . Nous avons a nouveau été déçu lorsque la facture est arrivée ... en voyant que la carafe d'eau était facturée "1 euro ", du jamais vu ... l'explication donnée froidement par la patronne a été " nous en avons le droit " ... sans plus de détail. le rapport qualité-prix n'ayant pas été au rendez-vous Nous avons été déçus de note soirée au S'y

Un rapport qualité prix juste exceptionnel !!! Et dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'étoile pour le restaurant car j'ai passé un moment juste exceptionnel !!! Un jeudi soir un restaurant bondé et une cuisine vraiment succulente une très belle découverte je me suis régalé et pourtant j'en sillonne des restaurants toutes l'année mais pour que je mette un commentaire sachant que je suis professeur de cuisine je peux vous dire que vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Encore bravo au chef et à toute l'équipe j'ai vraiment passé un super moment gustatif !!!

Malgré une réservation à 12h30, nous avons eu les cartes à 13h15 et l entrée à 13h45. Nous sommes sortis à 15h20.De plus , 2 desserts sur 4 n étaient plus disponibles. Sinon , les serveuses étaient très aimables et les poissons étaient bien préparés. Prix corrects.

Exit le Relais Diane, bonjour le restaurant le S'Y. Première expérience dans ce nouvel établissement à la salle lumineuse très agréable. Bon accueil, personnel plutôt compétent, belle vaisselle furent nos premières bonnes impressions. Bientôt complétées par la cuisine du jeune chef, digne héritier de la maman, "Chez Claire" à Freybouse. Les plats sont savoureux et bien présentés, les portions correctes. Un petit bémol, la température un peu fraîche de la salle.

Horrible. Quel honte de faire de la pub dans le journal.On vous annonce dans le menu de saison du civet de biche en plein été. C est un produit d hiver. ???J en déduis que votre cuisine est du congelée. Bravo pour le patron qui est en cuisine !!!Et je ne parle pas du service qui était hyper long et la c est la patronne !!!. Enfin bref . Si vous voulez rater votre repas allez y. Mais un conseil accrochez vous . Nous on ira plus ça c est sur .

Venus pour un repas en famille, c'est très décevant. On a pris une formule à 30 euros, de l'apero au dessert, rien est fait maison. On aurait pu avoir du surgelé bien cuisiné et de bonne qualité, mais là, non... Je n'y retournerai pas, c'est se moquer du monde.

En location dans les studios. Accueil super et chaleureux par le patron. Studio super et bien agencé. Établissement forts conseille si vous êtes de passage. Allons profiter du restaurant prochainement et nous allons être agréablement surpris. Aucun regret pour cette location.
