DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! we arrived with an infant and pup at 8pm and the guy handed us our key. We went up to the room and the cleaning people had not even touched it after the previous guests- bed completely unmade, used towels hanging in the bathroom, garbage in the bathroom, etc. we went to tell the front desk and of course they had no idea, we had to wait 30 minutes before the owner came down. The owner is extremely rude. At 8:30 at night, with an infant needing to go to sleep, they didn’t even offer to clean the room but instead just went in there to put clean sheets on the bed. No kind of refund or anything was offered to us. If housecleaning can’t get it together to clean a room by 3pm at a small motel that is sold out for the night, I guarantee they are not cleaning the rooms well, which is absolutely gross. We of course left this place and I called the booking platform to get a refund and the owner told the booking platform that we went in the room for an hour and messed it up, so he could attempt to keep the money. Stay far away from this place and look for a place with higher cleaning standards and better customer service. This is the worst customer service experience at a hotel/motel that I have ever had and the owner is extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and a poor communicator.
