The hotel is quite good but i think the elevator is too small, the parking lot is not that big either. The room was great, the amenities is provided. It is recommended because it's close to the city center. the staff is very nice and helpful.

The location is very strategic, the staff were helpful & friendly as well. You could use the swimming pool at the top. Fyi the hotel kinda gives ”old vibes”. Unfortunately,they're gonna charge you for borrowing their utensils which is kinda a downer & personally it would be better to upgrade the lift as well, the button is kinda hard to press. The gym is closed too :( but overall the place is a good place to stay. Clean & cool AC.

???Weird design: located the QR code (for hotel service/ menu) at the bottom center of the table. Please ask the hotel manager to try on working at those tables.
Highlights: breakfast provides fresh juice (pineapple, carrot, red dragon). 10 seconds walk to DP mall. Kids play zone is decent and nice. 3 min walk to Lawang Sewu.

PPengguna TetamuLocation was in the central Semarang. The room was spacious enough. Bed was very comfy and bathroom size was also spacious. Breakfast was good with Indonesian food. They have Indomie instant noodle station so it was really fun. The staff however need more training ( one staff did not know whether it was yogurt or mayonaise, he said it was yogurt so I was mistakenly ate a spoonful of mayonaise. Another staff did not know what “sunny side up egg” was ) But overall it was very relaxing stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe standard room is very small, barely place to walk to the other side of the bed. But we keep coming bed because we feel comfortable every time we stay here with reasonable price. They also have 24 hours gym, and have billiard table, free tea and coffee at the lobby, located in DP Mall, so its very easy to buy things or grab a food. Use mobile apps to unlock the door to the room, so it's easier, no need to find access card whenever want to go to the room

- service -＞ at night we request additional one mineral bottle to the housekeeping but they said, they can't give the additional mineral bottle for us even just for 1 bottle. Basically this happened at the middle of night and we are to lazy to go outside just for buying mineral bottle.
- breakfast -＞ the porridge serve cold and the refill of some food is too long, even some food is finished at 8 am and still remained 2 hours before the breakfast time was ended. For price c. IDR 100k per person for breakfast, you should give better experience
Fortunately the hotel also have many positif point such as:

PPengguna TetamuI was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!

PPengguna TetamuI booked this hotel by app . This hotel located in city center of semarang closed by simpang lima. When we parking our motorcycle bit confuse because no guard there that can help us , so i think it mix between guest and employee. Start check in around 4 pm , i do believe in those time will busy during weekend , but start with disappointed for first impression of the front desk team . I booked 1 room large bed and non smooking room but not available and they offer smoking room . We take it but still disappointed , i thought they didn't read our reservation carefully when they got my reservation by app. They just asked our ID for copy it and fill reservation form and give the keys but they didn't give us clearly information about the hotel. Likes where and what time breakfast take place , another facilities. When we arrived to the room they said my room number is 502 and i try to open it ,but it didn't work and i check in the small envelope the room is 503. Luckily the guest in 502 didn't know this case because i saw the guest 502 came around after i move to 503 . The room is spacious and comfort but during the night we sleep, i can hear the next door guest turn on tv till morning because our room has connecting door. Swimming pool in 3rd floor not large but its okay, we looking the pool towel we didn't find it even pool attendant we didn't find it too. Breakfast at 2nd floor , the menu has so many choice , you can take it by yourself. When we meet the employee , almost of them less hospitality to greet the guest sometimes i do first , i think they need to improve their hospitality . I only found 1 women in front desk that she has good impression on hospitality during my check out time with gray uniform , didn't likes the 1 women in front desk with orange uniform during my check in which look didn't care about the guest. I hope it will be a good improvement in the future .

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in this hotel during our trip to Semarang, My sister booked a connecting room, I stayed with my wife and my 9y..o daughter, and my sis was in the next door room. The room that we stayed in has some smell, the staff said it's because the aircon has just been switched on, but I didn't think so because my sister's room didn't have that smell. The ensuite layout is rather odd and too narrow. The shower is almost fall off. The bedroom itself is fine, the service is also quite good. There is a rooftop swimming pool. Location is also good.

Bathroom: a bit claustrophobic but from amenities and its cleanliness standard, it’s decent. 3. Breakfast: Breakfast spread offers a lot of choice. Everything is decent. You won’t miss a thing if you skip the breakfast here and choose to go for a culinary trip in Semarang. 4. Parking: there is an indoor parking here. 5. Location: Located at Jalan Pandanaran, the hotel is pretty much central in the heart of Semarang. For “stay & sleep” experience, it’s good enough. 6. Overall: for Rp 515,000 per night. It’s pretty much a good bargain for a 3.5-star experience. However, I would certainly expect more for its “Premiere” title.

WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
