Nice hotel. Hotel kesayangan saat di semarang. Good for business, good for family. Smua fasilitas bagus, lengkap, berfungsi dg baik..sarapan simpel tp enak. Kolam renang kecil, playground krg ramah anak krn panas/kehujanan dan dekat dg trafo listrik besar shg terjadi induksi yg cukup bikin kaget.

Wimarion Hotel is always my choice every time I visit Semarang. It’s strategic located just 1 kilometre away from Simpang Lima and a few steps from St. Elisabeth hospital. This makes the hotel a perfect place in the middle between the downtown and the upper part of Semarang. The breakfast is good, the bed size is awesome (the biggest bed that’s big enough for 4 people to sleep in). The rooftop has a comfortable size swimming pool. The staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Ms. Firda was very helpful and and I was so grateful to have her helped me and my mom. Make sure you ask for the city view room so you can enjoy the lights of Semarang city on your balcony. I have stayed here many times and will be definitely back again.
Hotel Santika Premiere Semarang

We supposed to stay at Santika Premiere Semarang for 2 nights but we decided to cut it for one night only and move to another hotel due to several reasons and mainly because we really concern about our health. On 11 November, we arrived late at night (11 PM) from Malang and what we hope is a clean room to have a rest, but when we arrived the uncomfortability started from the lack of direction where to park our car nor where should we go to to check in (we have to 'hike' from the parking lots to the lobby no one opened the door for us even though we carried several lugages). When we did the check in we didn't feel warm welcome from any of the reception staff. We then was given a room on the 6th floor and when we open the door we directly see a dirty room: ants on the coffee table, hairs on the floor, sticky floor, yellowish bed sheet. We then called the reception and immediately requested another room but we were told to wait, so we directly returned back to the lobby and then we were given a room on the 7th floor (712 if I am not mistaken). When we entered the room, the room was also not in a good condition: torn pillow cover, dark bathroom, uncleanned shower room floor (very slippery), not-hot-only-warm water, broken shower (we couldn't choose the upper shower without having the little shower turn on at the same time), coffee stain on the wall etc. It was hard for us to have a good sleep with such inconvenience. Looking at the unhealthy room condition (unsafe also) and how we were treated, we decided not to have breakfast (looking at the room condition, we were worry about health protocol of the restaurant) and check out after lunch and moved to other hotel. If you come to Semarang for holiday or even a transit, I personally don't recommend you to stay at this hotel.

I was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!
Louis Kienne Hotel Pandanaran

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.
