secara keseluruhan bagus. tapi di kamar yg saya pakai; pakai mezinine, kepala saya sering kejedut sama kerangka bangunan yg ditutupi triplek, yg agak menonjol. smoga makin di tingkatkan..

Lumayan deh pokoknya nyaman

Harga tidak mahal termasuk sarapan pagi.. Tetapi untuk ke tempat daftar masuk...tidak tertera pintu mana yang harus dilalui... Agak gelap & agak mengelirukan Pemegang sabun rosak TV dah nak rosak jadi warna berbeza & tak sedap ditonton

This hotel rejects free cancelation. What a dishonest hotel. Highly not recommended. There are better reputable hotel out there.

I would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too.

Untuk konsep dan interior hotel dan juga kamar sudah bagus, tetapi karna lokasi hotel terletak di daerah lembab, perlu pemeliharaan dan sirkulasi udara yg rutin dilakukan di setiap kamar, supaya tidak tumbuh jamur dan bau apek

Ada dua pilihan kamar dihotel ini, standar dan lux Dua2nya ok sesuai dengan harga

Sumpah gak pernah bosan kesini setiap keberastagi slalu nginap disini. Paling tenang nyaman 🥰

If you dont mind being serviced by only staff without any supervisor or manager standby or work in the morning till afternoon, maybe you can enjoy staying here, for me? A big no!. First day: my bathroom door cant be locked, have to call engineering guy to fix it. No towel and hairdryer provided. So we asked for those, then they will bring you. Second day is the worst, at the *place* for breakfast.. yeah. Some random place like you mix table and big living room and several outdoor tables. They run out of nasi goreng and mie goreng. 10 people was waiting in the line for 15 minutes. Like i said before, no supervisor to complaint. I was about to give this hotel 3 star since the food for the cafe at top of the hotel is quite good, but wait!!! When we were about to leave the *place*, the staff that help park our car to leave this *random place*, did not give the right direction so my car crushed a bit at the back to a pole. So we experience almost all horrible experience here. I am warning you all !!!

We stayed two nights at Kalang Ulu. Hotel is very pretty and set back from the main road of Berastagi meaning you don't get lots of traffic noise but there are unfortunately still a fair amount of roads around with bikes revving around and making a lot of noise. There was also quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms so the sound-proofing can't be that good. Breakfast down in the lobby area was nice if a little basic. The restaurant is unfortunately really poor. When we went half of the dishes on the menu seemed to be unavailable and we ended out changing our order about three times in order to get something. And despite telling the waitress when we ordered not to put too much spice in our food, the ramen that came out was inedible it was so hot and we had to return it. When it came back, it was bland. Oh dear. The other dish we had (beef teriyaki) was very mediocre. Overall, not a bad place but lots of room for improvement.

The hotel is busy building, and the corridors are very noisy. The room and bathroom were OK, however in one of the rooms we had the sheets on the bed were probably not clean as they had big stains on it. The include breakfast is a dissapointment. First night we had diner at the hotels' restaurant; cold rice and cold egg for a price far to high. A complaint in the kitchen brought warm rice and fresh warm egg. Second night a espresso resulted in a rat running through our feet at the top level of the restaurant . So in short a bad hotel experience in Berastagi, we neder go thee again.

Von außen : gruselig! Schloß Transilvania im nirgendwo…. Die Zimmer und der Innenhof dann doch netter als erwarten. An Sauberkeit (Bad) hapert‘s aber doch… Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse eigentlich ganz cool. Aber zu wenig Sitzplätze… wir saßen an nem Beistelltisch in der Mitte, es zog wie Hechtsuppe… Das Essen war ganz gut. Dennoch nicht wirklich das Wohlfühlerlebnis… Frühstück: wieder keine Sitzplätze, lange Warteschlange am Büffet. Essen eher so mittelmäßig. Ich muss da nimmer hin, …
