A beautiful hotel! It's right by the sea, and there are so many starfish in the water that you can see them directly from your room.

To be fair, my overall stay experience this time was quite good. Pros: 1. Great environment: The natural surroundings of the water villa are beautiful. We booked a sunset room and got to see stunning sunsets every day. The water was also very clear, making snorkeling and fish-watching easy. 2. Excellent service: The staff at the water villa were all very enthusiastic and accommodating, even helping us take photos with the glass-bottom boat. We happened to be there for New Year's Eve, and the villa specially arranged extra meals, fireworks, and small souvenirs. It was very thoughtful and made my family very happy. 3. Delicious food: Four meals a day – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea – kept us well-fed. Cons: The room facilities were outdated, and some things were broken, like the bathroom curtain and the showerhead. Additionally, the entire water villa, including the room balcony, is covered with wooden planks. Some of the wood isn't sanded smooth, making it easy to bump into, which is very unfriendly for children. You also have to be careful when walking.

Food quality at this resort was awesome. We bought seafood from peddlers in the day at the resort and got their kitchen chef to prepare it for us. It was awesomelly done just like premium seafood quality with a minimal reasonable fee charged ! Definitely worth it for seafood lovers!👍👍 Room's Size - spacious . Cleanliness is up to standards. Water pressure during showers is good too. Suggestions for improvement: To have chairs or sofa seat within room for added comfortability. Lights at the bathroom can be brighter for better visibility at night. Water activities like snorkeling, swimming and kayaking are available and possible around the resort. The resort may consider having a bar, massage or other interesting facilities to create a more rounded experience for guests especially who those in groups or families. If you plan to do island hopping, preferably booked it from external tour operators because the one that we booked via the resort was disappointing due to time delay caused by the external parties (boat operators) Overall , my stay is good . And will consider returning for future stay.

When we checked in at 11/18 premier villa, around midnight we had to get up and find some one to help with loud noise from outside the generator, next day they moved us to small room and the bathroom was deteriorate, and the toilet seat was broken. We paid higher price for better room, ended up having even more worse room. We very unhappy with this resort.

Good view, very relaxation. Staffs are friendly and provided lots of choices for meals. You can kayak while sunsets

The best water villa I ever stay. the location, the service, the kind staff they have. I could only wish we could stay longer. I have been contacting them on ws, many times before we checkin to confirm and double check everything. They are very prompt in responding. I will definitely return again.

The staff service was good, but the overall value for money was not satisfactory. The main issue is that we had to check out by 9:30 a.m. and take the 10:00 a.m. boat. Otherwise, returning to town would cost an additional RM250. I don’t think I would choose to come back again. 工作人员的服务态度很好，但整体性价比不高。主要问题是早上 9 点半必须退房，并且必须搭乘 10 点的船离开，否则若要回到镇上就得额外支付 RM250。我想我应该不会再选择回来。

Absolute amazing stay at Sky Water Villas Senporna. the staff were the true stars of our stay. From the warm welcome at check in to helpful advice on excursions, every team member was genuinely friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Their smiles and efficiency truly made a difference

We really enjoyed staying at Sky Water Villa. The whole process of check in, out and boat transfer were a breeze. Lunch, tea-time, dinner and breakfast were delightful. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, AC available at all time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Our family spent three nights at Sky Water Villas. Upon our arrival at the Tourist Jetty, we were unsure where to go as their office was hidden within the other houses in the village. However, once you asked someone, they will connect you to the office. There was welcome drink after that 20 minute boat ride to the villa. There was wifi throughout the villa and the rooms has airconditioning. The meals were delicious. In the evening when the tides went up, we helped ourselves to the scuba masks, kayaks and played in the water, all complimentary. The water was clear but the corals are not thriving. A unique experience in the middle of the sea, mini Maldives.

This was our first trip to Semporna with our son, and we absolutely loved our stay at Sky Water Villa! The Deluxe Villa offered a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly friendly, always welcoming us with warm, courteous smiles. We felt so lucky to witness a sea turtle that appeared around midnight—such a memorable experience! Although the food was a bit spicy for our son, he still enjoyed it very much. We truly appreciate the chef’s kindness in preparing a special fried egg for him at no extra charge. The staff also accompanied us for snorkeling around the villas, as well as kayaking and stand-up paddling. Their thoughtfulness really made our stay extra special. We loved everything about Sky Water Villa and hope to visit again soon!

Overall a very satisfied customer here except for the part where i tried to contacted their pic using the number given but not response😌 was a bit scared if this is a scam things but luckily it wasnot. The view was spectacular. The boat transfer was smooth and on time. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. Ate unlimited fresh deliciously cooked crab for dinner. Only the lunch is just so so for me. Also provide transparent kayak things, snorkeling set for free. But we can only go into the sea when the water level is a bit higher for safety reason (around 3-6pm) The water is really crystal clear. 10000% Recommended!

Semporna is really beautiful, the views are perfect and boat and car transfer to villa are organized well, which was great. The facilities of the family villa are very basic, no storage space or hangers whatsoever.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The boat ferry was timely and easy. The boat staff were very friendly as were those in the office on the mainland. Staff at Sky Villas were pleasant but weren’t that engaged. We weren’t made aware that there was no bar service so I’d recommend stocking up before arriving at the villas. We were also unaware that they weren’t able to help with excursions I.e. you’d have to pay more to island hop.  Food was nice but quite similar dishes were served for lunch and dinner.  We unfortunately had poor weather so ended up cutting our stay by one night (we ended up staying two nights). I’d recommend doing two nights maximum.  Comfortable stay but all in all, it’s very expensive and I’m not sure it warranted the expense.
