Although the price is a bit high, it's definitely worth experiencing. All three meals are included, with over ten dishes, and crab and prawns at every meal – the food is excellent. You can directly access the water from your room, and snorkeling masks are provided, but remember to bring your own disposable mouthpiece. The kids had a fantastic time, saw lots of starfish, and even went fishing. If you go to Semporna and don't stay here once, it's definitely a wasted trip.

The water here is incredibly clear! Our room had direct access to the sea, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The kids absolutely loved it. The hotel service was very attentive, and we were really happy with our room.

Staying at the Semporna Jellyfish Water House this time was an amazing experience! The seawater is truly crystal clear like jelly, with coral and fish visible at the bottom, even more beautiful than in the photos. Every spot is picture-perfect. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff spoke Chinese, so communication was seamless. The sea excursions and transfers were all perfectly arranged.

1. For over three thousand a night for a water villa, no one came to pick us up when we disembarked, and there wasn't even any water offered. It felt no different from staying at a regular motel. We had to drag our luggage to check in ourselves, and then someone escorted us to the room. 2. The swimming pool had a lot of debris floating in it, and I didn't see any inlets for fresh water. 3. For snorkeling, they provided life vests and goggles, but no snorkel mouthpiece. 4. There was an open, abandoned umbrella underwater near the pool area; they didn't even bother to clean it up. Seeing it made me feel like I was staying in a slum. 5. The slide was completely stuck, practically just for show. I had to wiggle myself down into the water. 6. The messages from customer service were also very blunt, making me feel offended. It was as if they didn't treat me like a guest at all, with talk of fines, warnings, and imprisonment. I felt like a suspect. 7. Every few minutes, local vendors would come by the water villa, bothering us to buy shrimp and crabs. Even when I went for a swim, they'd come by boat to pester me, calling me 'friend.' If you don't buy anything, they say, 'You are not my friend.' If you do buy, there's an additional 50 ringgit per kilogram processing fee. 8. And here's the main point: the food was comparable to a 20-yuan all-you-can-eat buffet near a construction site – so perfunctory. There wasn't even coffee. It was so bad we each only ate a bowl of noodles. It's a world apart from the 2000-yuan beach villa I stayed at the day before. Is this supposed to be a vacation or an ordeal? Over three thousand a night is simply unimaginable. In summary: I guarantee everything I've said above is true. The water quality is far inferior to that of island-hopping tours. My fascination with water villas has been completely shattered. Honestly, I wouldn't come back even if it were free. I won't compromise an honest review for a 50-dollar positive review rebate.

Free snorkeling: This was the most worthwhile activity, absolutely fantastic. There was an instructor, and while I was scared at first, I got the hang of it quickly. It was truly beautiful. Everything was very photogenic. As a couple, we didn't do island hopping; just one day of relaxation was enough.

Absolutely worth it! An unparalleled experience. Sitting by the window, doing my makeup, and gazing at the 'glass sea' outside, I thought to myself, this must be the most beautiful vanity table in the world. It felt like sleeping in an ethereal crystal palace! And even on a cloudy day, there was an unexpectedly stunning sunset.

The views and water quality are absolutely stunning! If you love a 'jellyfish sea,' you can't miss this place. You can spot starfish and sea urchins. During low tide, you can walk right into the water, and at other times, snorkeling is an option. They also provide free lunch and dinner. Both sunrise and sunset make for incredible photos!

The room was incredibly tidy and well-equipped, and the bathroom was spotless. Directly facing the bed was a stunning view of the shimmering 'jellyfish' sea. The private balcony had lounge chairs and a net bed, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the ocean's atmosphere and even clearly spot fish and starfish in the water – it was an absolutely wonderful memory! The food at the overwater resort was also delicious, especially the shrimp and chicken, which were fantastic no matter how they were prepared. The local staff at the resort were very warm and enthusiastic, always willing to help take photos. You could often hear their lovely singing and guitar playing, truly a group of people who love life! If I ever get the chance to return to Semporna, I would definitely want to experience the Jellyfish Sea Overwater Resort again!

Environment: The water was crystal clear, and there were many beautiful fish. Complimentary round-trip scheduled boat shuttle (last boat at 5:30 PM daily): The boat ride was very comfortable too.

The room facilities and decor were, frankly, on par with a guesthouse in a Chinese county town. If it weren't for the natural scenery, it wouldn't even be worth 200 yuan. The WiFi didn't work for the two days we stayed, so we had to buy international roaming data to get online. When we checked out at 12 PM, they wouldn't even let us have an extra hour, so we ended up waiting in the outdoor lobby with our child in the scorching midday heat. Before we even got to the island, no one was around to help. As first-time visitors, we didn't know what to expect and were accosted by a group of local guys who forcefully grabbed our luggage and demanded money. They wouldn't give us our bags back until we paid. All in all, aside from the view, the hotel itself has absolutely nothing going for it.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tidy. The staff speak Chinese and are very friendly. The water quality is excellent, and they even provide free fishing rods. The food is delicious, buffet-style, and quite unique.
