This is the lousy * prefect Hub homestay *i ever see. The bathroom is super dirty .seem like Jungle Camp site is better than Prefect Hub stay Homestay Front Door all full of birds drops .

Really great stay, excellent wifi, hot shower & clean bathroom. Staff at check in were very kind and even let us check in early. One of the best night sleep we’ve had so far on our trip - the room was dark, very quiet, and the bed was seriously comfortable, could stay here just to sleep in the room

I stayed at this hotel last night and was pleasantly surprised. Although the bathroom is shared, it was very clean and well-maintained. The room itself was also clean and comfortable, with a cold air-conditioner that made the stay even more pleasant. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. A great option for budget travelers looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect hub is located at the center of Semporna town center. It is convinient to reach the jetty , restaurant or the jetty by foot within 15 mins. For the visitor who is only staying for one night should be a good choice.

I Stay 3 night here,the staff very help full. The facility is fair enough.The Restaurant,Shop and dobi nearby.

Good location near to the jetty. Toilet condition is a bit dirty. Some water heaters not working. There is a mezzanine floor where people go for breakfast and refill water. It is just above the ground floor rooms so you can hear people walking above you especially in the morning

Nice big room. Silent place. Good restaurant abd cafe nearby. Have a kitchen. Didn't clean the room for all stay for 4 nights.

Great place to stay! Good value for money and location too. It was a short overnight stay prior to our Mabul Island trip. The place was cozy and helpful staff too!

You can dive directly out of the room. The environment is absolutely first-class. I have been snorkeling since the first day. I enjoyed the two days of living here. The hotel environment is average, but it is worth the price. We stayed in a fan room, but it was cool at night and no air conditioning was needed. The attitude of the waiter was also gentle and enthusiastic ❤️ Overall, I am very happy and will go again if I have the chance.
