Great value! It's incredibly convenient to walk everywhere, with the pier just a 12-minute stroll away. Plus, it comes with a private bathroom. Some folks might complain about minor things, but you can't expect the world. The room is clean, the bathroom is fully equipped for showering, and you can even dry clothes on the second floor. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's a mere 3-minute walk to Wangwang Suduowu, 3 minutes to KFC, and there's a small supermarket right in front of the hotel, about 10 meters away. I genuinely think it's a fantastic spot!

Clean and strategic location in the Center of Semporna Town. A lot of eateries nearby such as KFC and there’s a restaurant just a few lot away where you can find Chinese cuisine and seafood.

We booked a family room, which was good as it came with one large and one small bed. The room itself was extremely small, and the facilities were quite basic. Even with minimal luggage, there was no designated place to put it, so it had to stay on the floor. The overall cleanliness was decent, and the bedding was clean. However, the bathroom facilities were quite rudimentary, and the bathroom's hygiene was just so-so. The location was fantastic, right in the very center of town, making it easy to access all the breakfast places. The owner is a local who doesn't speak Chinese, though simple English communication was possible. Don't expect much in the way of effective service. However, for a diver who spends their entire day out, this temporary lodging offers excellent value for money.

If you're visiting Semporna for island hopping, this place is a good option. It's affordable and conveniently located. The cleanliness is just average, but it's perfectly livable. You'll need to bring your own toiletries, though toothbrushes are provided.

staff is helpful and kind. consider to give us check in 1hr early from the check in time. we check out at 7am because we go to island hopping and they give us to leave our luggage at the hotel and shower there. thankyou so much. will repeat after this. overall 10/10 👍👍👍

It's okay. The location is convenient, being close to the pier near Starbucks. The overall ambiance is pretty standard. I appreciated the peace and quiet. It also seemed like housekeeping had serviced my room while I was out. Plus, they can lend you an adapter if you need one.

Very clean hotel, compared to some other hotels in the vicinity. The rooms are very small and not suitable for couples who are not used to being confined together. Bathroom only has a rack for towels. Bring a hanger. There is no closet. If you have heavy luggage, ask for ground floor. There is no lift.

The room's cleanliness was disappointing. On our first day, we found the floor sticky and ants crawling everywhere. I even had to wipe it clean myself. The room size was only just manageable. On the plus side, the location was good – it was very close to several trendy restaurants and not far from the pier.

Check-in Experience: Great, with a 24-hour front desk and a very easy-to-find location. Facilities: The room is a bit small, but its main advantage is being affordable and clean. No toiletries are provided. All appliances are Panasonic, though the water heater takes a little while to heat up. Overall, it's decent. Cleanliness: Very clean, with no unpleasant odors. The hallway air freshener smelled quite nice.

Terrible. The room was tiny, stuffy, and had a strong mix of musty and sewage smells. The bed sheets were dirty. When I asked for them to be changed, I was told the cleaning staff had already left for the day, and changing rooms wasn't an option either. Eventually, they just gave me a new sheet to change myself. After diving, all our clothes were wet, and there was nowhere to hang them to dry. The room was so small we couldn't even open our luggage.

I often stay in Semporna and this is always my go to stay. Comfy and clean in a central location.
