予約していた別ホテルが閉業してしまったため、代替として手配してもらった部屋。元々予約していた部屋よりグレードの高い部屋でびっくりでした。ドアから入ると廊下ものもあり、トイレ、手洗い場、お風呂が独立した造り。主部屋と廊下の間にもドアがあり、その手前にオープンクローゼットが設置されていました。部屋の方に広い洗面台も設置されていたのにはびっくりしました。調度品もシンプルですがオシャレでしたし。主部屋に入ってすぐの、子供の【住めるじゃん!】発言に笑ってしまいましたが……そんな部屋でした。 別階に大浴場もありましたが、部屋のお風呂もたょっとした家庭用くらいの広さ・設備だったので、こちらで充分でした。 アメニティグッズは、必要なものを各自でピックアップしていく方式でしたが、ドリンク系が【ジャスミン茶、ほうじ茶、緑茶】というセレクト。一般的な紅茶やコーヒーをラインナップしてないのは、戦略なのでしょうか……　その点があったので、サービスのみ４で。

Convenient location. Many nice ramen nearby. Staff is friendly. Shopping street is also 5-10min walk away. Parking is a bonus

酒店位置離車站不遠，且離熱鬧的商店街也很近，食宿相當方便，只不過酒店招牌不太顯眼，很容意路過錯過，而接待大廳在酒店7樓，須換乘電梯才能到客房，客房空間不大，盥洗用品在大廳自取，頂樓附設大浴場可供房客免費使用，整體來說還不錯！

Right next to JR station which its second floor is directly connected to the bridge leading to JR Sendai station. The staff was courteous, and provided welcome drink for free. The hotel is new. It is amazed that free icecream is provided after having a public bath!

Satouya Ryokan is located in Sendai and about 50 minutes by bus from JR Sendai Station, near Akiu Otaki Waterfall. Guests may enjoy wearing traditional yukata robes throughout their stay. Guests may borrow conveniences such as a hair dryers and an irons at no additional charge (please inquire at the front desk for details). Facilities include a communal bath and an open-air bath. The hotel possesses 16 guest rooms.

Tourist from Hong Kong here. If you're an ”ofuro” person, you can't miss this hotel. The bathroom and bathtub is so big to hold 2 people comfortably (the tap of the bathtub can be rotated so no problem for 2 people face-to-face). Separate showering region and bathtub, which are separated from the toilet with a door. Shampoo and conditioner are in high quality, I can even feel the difference in softness and lightness of my hair before and after my vacation. The room might be a bit small but the bed is not. Not a good choice if you're a wide-space person. I think it definitely got everything you'll need. Everything is clean and tidy. Easy checkin and out. Staffs are nice and helpful as well. Got a convenient store on its ground floor (FamilyMart). 5minutes straight walk from Sendai Station. Great value for you money!
