Wonderful hotel. This isn't my first time staying at a hotel in this chain. They have a lovely small onsen, a varied breakfast, a pillow menu, and an evening welcome cocktail.

Impressive facilities and environment

I had stayed here before, so I booked again because the price was reasonable and it had a hot spring bath. Although it was a weekday stay, there were many business travelers, and the men's bath was crowded until late at night, so my husband went in the middle of the night. It's a little far from Sendai Station, but within walking distance. Finding food at night is also easy. There are welcome drinks and amenities in the evening. I booked because I was attracted by the breakfast, and it was delicious.

Every time I come to Japan, I always look for the Super Hotel first. The price is reasonable and the location is great. This is my first time at the Sendai branch. Although there is no parking lot, there is one right next door, which is very convenient. The onsen (hot spring) here is segregated between men and women, and you have to take turns using the regular ones. I booked a Super Room, which was fantastic, considering how small Japanese rooms are. The breakfast was as good as always. It's incredibly good value for the price, and of course, there's free-flowing drinks during the stay. What else can compare at this price?

The rooms and service were excellent. The only things that need improvement are the breakfast (which is only available until 9am!) and the crowded public bath (which only has three washing areas).

The hotel has a large bath and free breakfast, which is cost-effective. The front desk staff is friendly and polite. This time I booked a deluxe ladies room. The room was bigger than expected and had a sofa. I was very satisfied.

There was a large public bath, but there were only three washing areas, and it was crowded, so I had to go back to my room and wait for about an hour. Maybe it was because it was Golden Week, but given the high number of guests considering the hotel's small size, I wish they'd come up with some kind of solution. The bathroom in my room was also too small, so when I washed my face in the morning, the floor got all wet. Maybe it was just a matter of how I washed it, though... The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Next time I come to Sendai, I will definitely come back again.

A good pocket hotel for a short stay. It has everything you need, it's clean, but there's very little space, so keep that in mind if you want to check in with a lot of luggage. Nice breakfasts - some European-style food, some Japanese. The small onsen is also a good place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Conclusion: a good standard hotel - the staff speaks English.

I stayed here on a business trip. I stayed in a room equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone at breakfast greeted me with a refreshing smile, which gave me energy for the day.

It's only about 12 minutes away from the JR Shinkansen station. There are restaurants and shopping streets all around. The beds are very comfortable and there are hot springs for you to soak in. I will stay at this good hotel again next time.
