Penduduk tempatan. Menginap di bilik merokok. Mungkin saya tidak boleh bertanya terlalu banyak, tetapi bilik itu masih berbau tembakau. Ini memalukan bahawa kebanyakan hotel terkemuka di luar negara tidak berbau walaupun di bilik merokok. Pasukan Olimpik? Nampaknya orang-orang di daerah itu juga menggunakannya, dan merasa bahwa mereka telah mendapat kepercayaan untuk diterima sebagai hotel untuk tetap berada di acara global seperti itu. Selain itu, saya tidak begitu berpuas hati. Very nice and comfort hotel in Sendai!!! Very nice city view from my room and tasty breakfast!!! Local also convenient. Parking spaces below the building and charged JPY1,500 per day!Recommended

large room with good services. beautiful view and comfortable stay. A nice cycling path around the city and near major shopping building. Many recommended eateries around this hotel.

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

We were deciding between The Westin Sendai Hotel and another hotel located right at the train station for the same price of SGD155 per night in Dec 2023 and I’m glad we went with The Westin Sendai. Firstly, their service is impeccable and truly living up to a luxury hotel’s standard. Secondly, their hotel’s view is impressive considering that it is the tallest building in Sendai. We walked to the Sendai's Pageant of Starlight and it was a very comfortable and cooling 15 min walk. 100% would recommend The Westin Sendai when you come to Sendai.

Very nice and friendly hotel. Feels very comfortable and nice, beds are very good. Big bathroom. Just the restaurant (Japanese on top floor) was not worth the money. We wouldn’t go to the restaurant again. But use the hotel again.

Got a city view of Sendai. Really nice stay. The service was super helpful. Surely gonna book again when I visit Sendai.

Super views, but honestly a tad far from sendai station... might stay a bit closer the next time I'm in town. But the bed was vvv comfy and the nespresso machine was lovely (: Also provided free bath salts and mouthwash hahaha

The hotel is not very close to JR Sendai station, around 13 minutes wal but the building is pretty, view is wonderful and all the staffs are friendlly and polite. The room is quite and comfy but the shower place is a bit small. Overall, I still recommond this hotel.

Amazing hotel - no complains about Westin. Was given a high floor with amazing views. Very posh

The hotel is very easy to find from Sendai station (the tallest building in the city). The view was very nice, both from the room and the restaurant. Loved the breakfast (the "gyutan" was a bit oily, but acceptable).

Only stayed for a night but it was a wonderful experience! If I’m coming back to Sendai, I’ll definitely be staying here again.
