I had a wonderful stay at Westin Sendai! The staff were warm and  welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy bed and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy The location is also good - walking distance from the train station.With the room at 31st level, the view is spectacular.

This was my third stay at The Westin Sendai, and I continue to love both the hardware and the service. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the two restaurants are truly excellent — always one of the highlights of my trip. However, during this visit, the lady at the lobby reception was not as helpful as expected. While she remained polite, her attitude felt a bit less sincere compared to my past experiences. That was the only small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay.

A great hotel with a fabulous view. Ate in the bar area so that we could enjoy the scenery and staff were fantastic; attentive and polite. Room was comfortable and spacious and the details provided were excellent. Would very much recommend.

I love Westin Sendai so much. It has very huge room, complete amenities, beautiful scenery, gym room has the best view. I will certainly come back.

Very nice hotel with speedy check-in and out. Hotel location is good with seven eleven nearby. Bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with spectacular views. The only comments the receptionists were so careless who directly turned down our request for purchase of some packing boxes without checking with the Concierge, the latter did sell packing boxes to the guests staying at the Hotel.

Very nice and comfort hotel in Sendai!!! Very nice city view from my room and tasty breakfast!!! Local also convenient. Parking spaces below the building and charged JPY1,500 per day!Recommended

Decent sized room, good service and location.

large room with good services. beautiful view and comfortable stay. A nice cycling path around the city and near major shopping building. Many recommended eateries around this hotel.

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

We were deciding between The Westin Sendai Hotel and another hotel located right at the train station for the same price of SGD155 per night in Dec 2023 and I’m glad we went with The Westin Sendai. Firstly, their service is impeccable and truly living up to a luxury hotel’s standard. Secondly, their hotel’s view is impressive considering that it is the tallest building in Sendai. We walked to the Sendai's Pageant of Starlight and it was a very comfortable and cooling 15 min walk. 100% would recommend The Westin Sendai when you come to Sendai.
