The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room were nice and clean. And it had a big hot tub on the 16th floor

The hotel was located just 8 mins walk away from Sendai station. The view of the room was great.

It is my favourite hotel in Sendai. Good room size, great view, friendly staff and close to the station.

Hotel is super clean. They change ur linen everyday , smelling fresh and clean. they provide imabari towels and it’s super comfortable when you use them. They have universal charging adapters and 2 USB port for you to charge up your camera and other gadgets. they provide free coffee everyday from 3-11pm and you may even order night snacks to enjoy in ur room. The tv programme selection is amazing. It’s so comfortable u might skip exploring Sendai all together. Very comfortable stay and well worth the price tag

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Sendai Station. Quick checkin, high safety. The Gem of this stay lays in Breakfast. It was brilliant with a slight touch of Japanese traditional cuisine. In-house was well equipped. Love the setting of Bose speaker in the room, so Grandbach. Definitely come back.

The room is so small that we can not fully open our 2 luggage at the same time. The only area you can open luggage is at the narrow corridor. We had a single bed for 2 adults room type. The location is close to Sendai Station. 10 mins walk. The top floor public bath is a bonus.

The room is a bit small for three persons, though i think it is the normal room size in japan. It is still worth the money. The hotel provides sharing space next to their lobby with all day snack bar and night light meal. The onsen is nice but i think a bit too hot. Overall, love the place

Very comfortable hotel. Having a lounge service and a bath house on top was nice. Breakfast unfortunately was fully booked and the rooms were a tad small but both were manageable. Overall an excellent stay and I will definitely recommend to others.
