場所は仙台の繁華街　国分町に歩いて10分程度で着く距離でとても良いです。駐車場がよくわからず、事前にご案内など頂いていたら助かりました。でもきちんとは対応頂きありがたかったです。トイレの水を流す音が思いの外大きく夜中にご迷惑をおかけしないか少し心配しました。最後に私がギリギリ予約したからか残りが喫煙の部屋しかなく、部屋中タバコの匂いで髪やパジャマに残ってしまいました。

少し解りにくい場所だったので、ナビを使ってたどり着くことができた。部屋は、新しくは無いが清潔にされていて、特に問題はなかった。フロントの接客は丁寧で好感が持てた静かな立地で夜はゆっくり休むことができた。朝食は小分けされ、安心して食べることができ、味も手作り感があって、優しい味だった。スタッフのみなさんもにこやかで、朝から元気を貰えた。今回は一泊だが、数日滞在して、隠れ家的に使えそうなホテルだと思った。

リブマックス系列のホテルが仙台市内には3施設。そのうちの一軒、仙台国分町に初めて宿泊しました。価格も週末に一泊。4000円を切る価格で大変リーズナブル。繁華街内のホテル。煌びやかな建物の中に、黒っぽい建物が目につきます。1階にはマックスカフェなるカフェが入居。しかしコロナの予防の為、チェックイン時の午後5時にはクローズ。（残念）。部屋は、仙台市内の青葉通り、広瀬通の各ホテルに比べると広め。ユニットバスも窮屈は感じませんでした。また、仙台の他店には無い、朝食付き、しかも無料。品数は、少なめですが、ご飯、パン、サラダ🥗、スクランブルエッグなどお腹を満たすには充分です。徒歩0分には、セブンイレブン。飲食店も多数。何かの時の国分町交番もそば。価格も安い。良いホテルです。

繁華街から少し離れた場所にありましたが、徒歩10分(散歩程度)で繁華街に行く事ができ、夜は静かで良いところでした。目の前に有料ですが駐車場もありコンビニも2軒とあったらいいな的な物が揃っていたので大変満足してあります。お部屋も清潔感があり、感動したのはユニットバスでなく湯船につかって旅の疲れが取れた事がとても嬉しかったです。今回初めて利用させてもらいましたが、全国色んなとこにある事を知り、お値段もお手頃だったので、また利用させていただきたいと思います。

みやぎ宿泊割プランを利用し仙台に小旅行。ネットで安価なプランを発見し予約。選んだホテルがダイワロイネットホテル仙台一番町。しかも2020年3月に開業した比較的新しいホテルです。一泊朝食で4500円、しかも2000円分のクーポンも付きます。チェックインは、ロイネットの利用履歴が反映し簡略化。これは、毎度のことながら助かります。部屋は、8階のモデレートツイン、眼下には広瀬通りの銀杏並木が拝めます。窓も大きく開放感を感じました。ベッドは比較的硬め、枕元にはコンセントとUSB完備と便利。また、デスクも大きく、オカムラ製のチェアの座り心地が抜群。バスルームとトイレがわかれており、バスは、丸みを帯びたもの、シャワーには、レインシャワーも使えます。朝食は、1階のレストランにて。和食、洋食用意されたブュッフェスタイル。満足できるレベル。意外にリンゴジュースが美味。 1階にはローソンが営業、助かりました。幹線道路沿いの為、少々車のノイズが気になりますが、利用したいホテルです。

This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

飛び石連休でビジネスホテルが空きだったせいか安く泊まれました。設備は問題なし。少し水音が気になる時もあった。朝食は小さいソーセージとか焼き魚、ポテトサラダなどの盛り合わせで、希望すればのりや納豆もサービス。コーヒーや飲み物はセルフ、上げ下げはしてくれました。パン食もあるようです。エレベーターの前には貸し出し用ズボンプレッサーが置いてあり、パリッとしなければならない向きには便利そうです。周りは飲食店も多く地下鉄、新幹線も近い至便なところです。

Hotel is located conveniently next to the station, about a 3 mins walk away. There is plenty of food and souvenir places surrounding the hotel. Got lucky with the room given to me, there was three Sakura trees right outside my window. 10/10

IISsey MiYakeI love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery nice place , we loved it because of its hot spring.. the room is very neat , also they have some free snacks, such as coffee machine so you can drink all you want, free ice candy, free yonaki soba to eat at night in their restaurant, then they have free yakult for each every morning. The service is very good. We stayed there with our 1yo, and he liked it. The room is spacious enough for him to play around. Location is very convenient esp if you have a car you can ride around the area , a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. We'll definitely book again in this hotel.

JJennifer W.Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama周りのホテルより少しお値段が高めですが、人気の朝食バイキングと温泉の大浴場で選びました。 ○客室は新しい感じで清潔感を感じ大変綺麗です。備え付けのタオルが大小各一枚しかなく、できれば洗面用のタオルが一枚あったらよかったです。 ○大浴場には客室のタオルを持参します。意外に空いていて湯船が広くゆっくりでき疲れが取れました。温泉は人工温泉でした。 ○コインランドリーは洗剤不要で2台設けられています。大浴場の営業時間内のみ使用することができます。通常コースは洗濯から乾燥まで約2時間。 ○朝食バイキングは、和洋中に加え郷土料理もあり、私が選んだものはすべて美味しいと感じました。種類が多くとてもすべてを食べることは難しいと思います。朝食会場は通路やテーブルの間隔が狭く6時40分頃にはもう混んていたので時間に余裕を持って行くことをおすすめします。 ○仙台市内の観光(瑞鳳殿、仙台城、大崎八幡宮など)にはるーぷる仙台が便利と思います。るーぷる仙台は観光スポットを巡る循環バスでホテルからは青葉通一番町駅バス停から乗ることができます。 ◎立地、客室、朝食バイキング、大浴場から見てこのホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。

PPengguna Tetamu値段が安いのでしょうがないですが机は狭いので作業する方には向きません。空調は弱から強まで調整は出来ます。乾燥しやすい部屋なので濡れたタオルを干すのをおすすめします。Wi-Fiは強くないですが備え付けテレビでYouTubeなど動画サイトを見ることが出来ます。

LLyMinhLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
