酒店位置離車站不遠，且離熱鬧的商店街也很近，食宿相當方便，只不過酒店招牌不太顯眼，很容意路過錯過，而接待大廳在酒店7樓，須換乘電梯才能到客房，客房空間不大，盥洗用品在大廳自取，頂樓附設大浴場可供房客免費使用，整體來說還不錯！

シャワーの水圧は強弱があり、勢いが強くなったり弱まったりする為ストレスになります。また、温度についても体感では急に五十度近くまで上がったり、その逆も然りです。シャワーの出し始めならまだしも、これが永遠と続きます。また、部屋内の換気口（シャワールームのものではなく、ベッドのそばに空気の出口があります）はとてつもない音量でボーボー鳴っている為、ガムテープで防音して寝てました。 また備え付けのランドリーの乾燥機は2台しかなく、乾きも悪い為、結果的に90分程度使用する方が多い為、順番待ちの時間が発生します。また、別の店舗とは違い、無人なのでアメニティ類の補充は逐一ベルでスタッフを呼び出す必要があります。

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts.
There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

○客室は新しい感じで清潔感を感じ大変綺麗です。備え付けのタオルが大小各一枚しかなく、できれば洗面用のタオルが一枚あったらよかったです。
○大浴場には客室のタオルを持参します。意外に空いていて湯船が広くゆっくりでき疲れが取れました。温泉は人工温泉でした。
○コインランドリーは洗剤不要で2台設けられています。大浴場の営業時間内のみ使用することができます。通常コースは洗濯から乾燥まで約2時間。
○朝食バイキングは、和洋中に加え郷土料理もあり、私が選んだものはすべて美味しいと感じました。種類が多くとてもすべてを食べることは難しいと思います。朝食会場は通路やテーブルの間隔が狭く6時40分頃にはもう混んていたので時間に余裕を持って行くことをおすすめします。
○仙台市内の観光(瑞鳳殿、仙台城、大崎八幡宮など)にはるーぷる仙台が便利と思います。るーぷる仙台は観光スポットを巡る循環バスでホテルからは青葉通一番町駅バス停から乗ることができます。
◎立地、客室、朝食バイキング、大浴場から見てこのホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。

This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

You really can't beat this location. Service is also excellent and made the stay very pleasant. Rooms were fair sized and the view was nice, looking out to the bus station and onto shops etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

飛び石連休でビジネスホテルが空きだったせいか安く泊まれました。設備は問題なし。少し水音が気になる時もあった。朝食は小さいソーセージとか焼き魚、ポテトサラダなどの盛り合わせで、希望すればのりや納豆もサービス。コーヒーや飲み物はセルフ、上げ下げはしてくれました。パン食もあるようです。エレベーターの前には貸し出し用ズボンプレッサーが置いてあり、パリッとしなければならない向きには便利そうです。周りは飲食店も多く地下鉄、新幹線も近い至便なところです。

非常好的住宿體驗👍
房間放置兩個行李箱，空間還是寬廣。
房間選擇雙床，睡起來舒服，有提供空氣機、芳香噴霧，盥洗用具在大廳可自取，連浴袍都有提供。浴室有浴缸配置。
入住服務很溫馨，退房也可使用快速退房（房卡丟電梯內的退房盒）
這次可惜沒機會加費使用早餐，下次再來住，一定要吃看。
離仙台站後站非常近，剛好往花卷巴士站很近。附近有許多餐廳和超商，是個方便的區域。

Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery nice place , we loved it because of its hot spring.. the room is very neat , also they have some free snacks, such as coffee machine so you can drink all you want, free ice candy, free yonaki soba to eat at night in their restaurant, then they have free yakult for each every morning. The service is very good.
We stayed there with our 1yo, and he liked it. The room is spacious enough for him to play around.
Location is very convenient esp if you have a car you can ride around the area , a lot of shopping centers and restaurants.
We'll definitely book again in this hotel.

JJennifer W.Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

MMangoAfter reading some reviews, I was wary about the stay, but it exceeded my expectations for its price point. It was clean enough, near tons of dining options but yet quiet enough, and the wifi worked very well for me and I was able to do my work (2h video call).

PPengguna Tetamu値段が安いのでしょうがないですが机は狭いので作業する方には向きません。空調は弱から強まで調整は出来ます。乾燥しやすい部屋なので濡れたタオルを干すのをおすすめします。Wi-Fiは強くないですが備え付けテレビでYouTubeなど動画サイトを見ることが出来ます。

LLyMinhLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
