Hotel berhampiran Cathédrale notre-dame de Senlis, Senlis

Hôtel plutôt correct niveau rapport qualité prix mais la fréquentation de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. Nous nous sommes faits réveiller à minuit et demi par des cris de femme. Les douches communes sont assez sales également, il faut avoir de la chance pour tomber sur une douche propre.

Traveling to Paris we stayed in this première Classe hotel for 1 night. It provides what you may expect. Service and breakfast were very good! Safety also because of the gate. The bed was hard unfortunately.

Would have given five stars, but the considerable walk over cobblestones to the front desk to check in, as well as the walk on dirt walkways with luggage to room is substantial. Having read prior reviews we were prepared for the walk from the main gate to the front desk. Was definitely glad that we arrived in the daylight so we could read the signs giving us directions. The property is beautiful and modern. There is very little counter space in the bathroom. The last morning, there was no hot water to shower, which was disappointing, as it was the beginning of a long travel day for me. Coming from America, this hotel made it very easy with plug conversions. I never had to use my adapter. There are plugs for charging your phones and a hair dryer. My experience with the restaurant and bar was all very good. Staff seemed very attentive and obliging.

We stopped last night after an 11 hour drive from Collioure in the South of France on our way home and stumbled on a real gem! Antoine and Clary were the perfect hosts and their hospitality and friendliness was second to none. Not really a coffee drinker but I had to have some this morning to complete a real French breakfast and authentic French stay. We will definitely return

Please carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.

Assez déçu de cet hôtel, ça ne vaut pas un quatre-étoiles pour plein de différentes raisons…. Et gros point noir niveau propreté, je trouve que ça laisse plus qu’à désirer!!!! Les sols sales, poussières sur le bureau et traces de boissons collée et renversée!J’ai retrouvé des cheveux, des poils sûr et dans les draps….des traces de sang mal lavées sur les serviettes , un vieux Kleenex sale entre le drap et la couette en me couchant enfin sérieux c’est dégueulasse et pour moi la propreté dans un hôtel c’est l’essentiel. On passe les uns derrière les autres donc il se doit qu’il y est une hygiène irréprochable d’autant quand on est dans 4 étoiles! Bruyant on entend les gens marcher au dessus et les chasses d’eau! Aucune bouilloire dans les chambres, aucune machine à café, rien du tout alors que dans certain 3étoiles, on peut trouver une machine à café bouilloire, thé à disposition etc etc., aucun gobelet donc si vous ne souhaitez pas vous rincer les dents en avalant l’eau directement au robinet s’est loupé car il n’y a absolument aucun gobelet ni verre! Même pas un mini frigo non plus! Franchement tout ce qui est clim et chauffage fonctionne très très mal. Les thermostats sont pas du tout adaptés et pas du tout correct ça fonctionne très mal! Donc ça c’est pour les points négatifs. Point positif vous avez tout de même une bouteille d’eau à disposition dans la chambre et la tv à une bonne taille. Je suis habitué à voyager régulièrement pour mon travail dans différents hôtels et je vais dans des 3étoiles qui sont bien mieux que ce 4étoiles. Franchement inadmissible de trouver ça dans un quatre-étoiles. Une fois pas deux, je ne reviendrai pas chez eux…

Excellent hôtel, moi et ma compagne y avons passé le week-end et tout était tout simplement parfait, super accueil, chambre très grande, propre et confortable, la télé comme le wifi super, salle de bain au top avec une douche assez grande et qui ne glisse pas, les distributeurs à l’entrée vraiment cool en cas de petite faim ou de soif et le micro-ondes très pratique pour se faire réchauffer un plat.
