Ulasan Grand Millions Hotel Seogwipo

Nice place, but despite two bus stops to the airport, the isolated location makes exploring Seogwipo a hassle without a car or tour bus.

The staff did not speak nor understand English. The staff did bare minimum only. I understand that they may be working over the long holidays and were short of staff. There was only one person who attended to us and took the time to understand us and explain things to us….. he did some research on our questions like how to get to ferry station, where can we eat, etc. unfortunately we failed to get his name… he was on day off already when we checked out.

Comfortable, and good to stay after long driving. Restaurant nearby without the needs to drive out for food. Best thing is the coffee at the lobby.

Not bad for price. Consider the price, then you will convince all shortcomings.

It is good with required amount. I enjoyed it.

Great place to stay in Jeju island ! Room are really comfortable and the breakfast buffet also ! Don’t hesitate to come here !

Nice hotel but not 4 stars. It is simple and practical but a bit run down. There was mold on the ceiling of my room and the wall paper was peeling off. The bed lining was clean but quite used and there were only two tiny towels provided. There’s a nice roof terrace which is decorated but doesn’t seem to be used. There is a convenience store downstairs, but it’s almost empty. I assume it’s being phased out as there’s a big 7/11 across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful and most I met spoke English.

The mattress wasn't the comfortable. It need to be changed.

Small but good

The room was small. The two single beds were cramped together, which was uncomfortable. At night, I could hear a noise like a fan, which was bothersome. Considering the value, the staff were friendly and the facilities were decent. The view of Hallasan Mountain from the window was nice.

The bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas, the towels were dirty, and there was hair left by previous guests; the hygiene was terrible. The room was also extremely small, with no table or chairs; you could only sit on the bed.
