The hotel is located close to the port. Our balcony had an amazing view overlooking that port. The hotel is located in a super quite neighborhood, but at the same time it's easy to find cafes and restaurants to eat out. 7/11 shop with atm in in just around the corner.
Can't say anything about jacuzzi, because they were not working at the moment we visited.

The location is very near seogwipo olle maeil market where you can eat to the fullest. The room is super clean and spacious. There is a bath tub for twin room! The front desk are very friendly and helpful. The sky park is the best to enjoy our breakfast ramyeon from CU at level 1! 😍

Stayed for 3 nights while travelling Jeju. Great location to nearby Seogwipo Olle market and art street. Room was well maintained, spacious and smelled clean. Daily housekeeping was appreciated. If youre travelling as a family, do note to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 every day, instead of 4.

The room is huge and spacious - we got the one with the ocean view and was allocated a room on the top floor - watching sunrise was splendid. Would have been perfect with a bathtub! The carpark was indoor and efficient, especially if you’re staying in winter - you don’t have to get up to a cold car. Location wise, it is an hour’s drive to the east and west of the island.

I got in around midnight but there was a very easy and convenient check in kiosk, which I had never seen before in any hotel. The room was clean with great smelling toiletries and a very cozy bed, it also had a great view. There is a 7/11 connected to the hotel which stays open until midnight and it’s also walking distance from a big market. I would recommend this hotel and be glad to stay again.

the room is comfortable and big, but it's a shame that the bathroom isn't cleaned properly enough. we stayed 8 nights every day prepared 1 large towel and 2 small towels. so you have to come to the receptionist to ask for additional towels. very troublesome because it's not 1/2x but it repeats itself every day

Great location, the room was small two beds but very comfortable! Tiny bathroom and no towels lucky my wife packed our own. The bidet was nice! Was hoping to have an ocean view. We had a city view. The pool was closed and was not able to use the gym unless we payed to get a massage service. 75000 won starting. The breakfast is 15000 won a piece but has a nice spread. But if you are looking to spend your time outside the hotel there is a market close by that has very good street food.

We stayed for 3 days and overall pleasant stay. Will stay again if visit the Seogwipo area. Hotel entrance is small and we almost missed it when drove through the first time. Convenient location. Olle market is within walking distance. It is not far from Cheonjiyeon Waterfall and Oedolgae rock with 10-15 mins drive. Hotel room is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and some can speak reasonable English. We booked for standard twin room and the hotel gave us free upgrade to deluxe twin. The only drawback is the air conditioner in the room is a little noisy and the wash basin is outside the washroom.

RReneGreat location at the south west corner of the island. Friendly check-in staff. Hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden view means car park view btw. Had a surprise encounter with a big spider in the bathroom but hotel staff came to help. I told him not to harm spider but to catch and release it outside. However my limited Korean didn’t get through and the staff killed it with a hotel towel 😩. Generally a great stay. Will return.

AAOroJeju offers a beautiful, peaceful, quiet and calm environment. No hassles in check in or out. The Host was extremely helpful, kind, responsive and accommodating. She responded to watsapp with fluent English and offers very helpful support to get around. My room was sea facing and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves and breeze.
The studio is compact with daily necessities required. Washing machine, full equipted kitchen, table for dining and writing, dress table. The bed and bedsheets is comfortable and offers home away from home relaxation.
I had originally booked for 5 days but extended to 8 days in total. The closeness to the sea, the breeze, sound is so peaceful, making this a very suitable place to recharge from hectic work and a very comfortable place for healing.
This is close to the little town called Namwoon and within reach of the main Sewigpo main town, bus ride 30mins max. I was captivated with the closeness to the sea, making daily stroll such a pleasant ans enjoyable experience.
Definitely my first choice of ”home away from home” on my next visit. The hosts is such a wonderful lady, making this place such a wonderful and connected stay.

Hotel room had Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine with plenty of capsules which was a huge surprise for us. Love sipping Americano while viewing the sea. Hotel is really beautiful, comes with a nice library. They provided bottled water as well. There was a GS25 nearby. There is a restaurant called Olle Chinatown nearby which serves THE BEST TANGSUYUK (sweet sour pork). Give it a try. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap was from MALIN GOETZ. You definitely get a quality stay here.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

HHagga03The room and the property are very nice, the location is ok for some attractions, although a little far from most of the bars and restaurants. The service at this hotel is bizarre. They are incredibly strict about the check in and check out time, and quite rude, they welcome you with a very passive aggressive rules document which threatens several ways you can be fined or kicked out of the hotel, the bar/restaurant was closed 'forever' I was told, the elevator and corridors constantly have a smell like someone has farted in them. The breakfast food is poor, unseasoned and flavourless, even the butter is unsalted, poor selection, you have to compete with the staff for the best bits of the food as they eat in the restaurant at the same time and don't restock items, although they claim to do breakfast until 10 with last entry at 930, they tidy up around you at like 915 without asking if you're finished, and seem to expect you to clear your own table. If you put do not disturb in the morning they don't come clean later but just leave a carrier bag of towels outside, if you use they glassware in the room they don't clean it at all or replace it. Overall a very strange experience, maybe it's a cultural thing but from a western perspective this hotel has some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and I found it quite unwelcoming. For the money you'd be better off booking something from an American chain or similar.

However, the walls are rather thin? I could hear the neighbor snoring at night. they also only provide 2 small towels, no normal / large towel. The aircon also does not work during winter (nov-mar) so i had to open the windows but it’s fine.

First location: sits in idyllic and panoramic view from the common balcony in 6F. A first time visitor to Jeju should at leats stay few days in Seogwipo (again, Jeju is divided into Jeju City and Seogwipo) as it showcase all the vest attractions in South, West and East Jeju)
From Airport, take bus 600 and bus stop seogwipohang (31 stops from airport)
Cleanliness: ilike to see the rooms no shoes and slipper allowed. It is clean and comfortable from heated floor and nice smelling beds and blankets and reasonable size locker rooms.
Service: The giveaway price you paid also includes free breakfast. Again, i explain later why it has a touch fresh blood, you will love to see new ideas in kitchen liek SeomBucks, SeomWay and many more. But what most I dont understand is why there are sweets (candies) also in Shower rooms. Fridge, you can have all you want to put in and get a personal space.
Facilities: The hostel in 6F overlooks the seogwipo sub-marine park. It is also within walking distance to a waterfall park. The rooftop also is so spacious (that you can hold a basketball) and a laundry.
The property caretaker, is literally a young blood, a college student having school breaks due to some injury and is managing this little haven is full of ideas, ready to jump and help, fluent in English and undoubtedly above average IQ/EQ. He surely can deal with picky and demanding foreigners and locals alike to get the best feeling at-home experience.
This why i said there is a touch of YOUNG BLOODS.
Ps: I canceled several of my bookings in another hotel and extended my stay here.

IIoana RuxandraNice hotel but not 4 stars. It is simple and practical but a bit run down. There was mold on the ceiling of my room and the wall paper was peeling off. The bed lining was clean but quite used and there were only two tiny towels provided. There’s a nice roof terrace which is decorated but doesn’t seem to be used.
There is a convenience store downstairs, but it’s almost empty. I assume it’s being phased out as there’s a big 7/11 across the street.
The staff are friendly and helpful and most I met spoke English.

SSonglaoban本來住在機場附近的市區，中間有一天去漢拿山玩，玩好之後想繼續乘車一路向南看看，就來到了中文區，當天嫌回機場區太遠，所以臨時訂的酒店。
這家酒店接近民宿的標準，設施環境一般，但離海邊很近，早上散步去海邊一路風景非常優美。春節期間性價比也很高。
