화장실이 약간 작았고 노후됐다는 평이 있었지만 나름 깔끔하게 관리되어서 괜찮았어요. 마운틴뷰 예약했는데 옆구리바다뷰~베란다에서 보이는 바다가 너무너무 예뻤고 호텔잔디밭에 비치된 벤치에서 바다를 바라보는 데 힐링 그자체!주변 산책로도 좋고 제주도가면 또 숙박할려고합니다.

Location of the hotel is good, very convenient. We were able to walk to most places. It is not too far from the Olle Traditional Market. It is near to bus stops where you can hop on to the city buses. The hotel staff are friendly and are able to speak simple English. The facilities are good (please note you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, it seems like most hotel in Jeju do not provide such amenities), the room is clean, and the hotel do clean the room everyday with change of bedsheets and towels. Highly recommend. Good prices as well.

First70 Hotel, Jeju, Korea - A Mix of Pros and Cons I recently had the opportunity to stay at First70 Hotel in Jeju, Korea and would like to share my experience. While the hotel’s location and service were commendable, I found certain aspects pertaining to cleanliness and amenities rather disappointing. Firstly, let me start with the positives. The hotel’s location is truly superb. Situated in a prime area of Jeju, it offers convenient access to popular attractions and transportation options. Whether you’re looking to explore the natural beauty of this picturesque island or indulge in shopping and dining experiences, First70 Hotel’s location is a definite advantage. The service provided by the staff at First70 Hotel was exceptional throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff displayed professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure all my needs were met promptly. The level of service truly enhanced my overall experience. However, there were certain areas where First70 Hotel fell short. Cleanliness was one such aspect that left much to be desired. I observed lackluster efforts in maintaining cleanliness standards within the rooms and public areas of the hotel. Stains on carpets, dusty surfaces, and subpar bathroom conditions were evident during my stay. Another disappointment was the state of amenities provided by First70 Hotel. While basic necessities were available, such as toiletries and towels, they seemed worn out or inadequate for a hotel aiming to provide a comfortable experience for its guests. Additionally, the absence of certain amenities that are commonly expected in hotels of similar caliber was quite noticeable. In conclusion, First70 Hotel’s location and service certainly make it an enticing option for travelers visiting Jeju. However, prospective guests should be aware that there are areas where improvement is needed - specifically in terms of cleanliness upkeep and provision of adequate amenities. It is my hope that management takes these concerns into consideration and takes necessary steps to rectify them, in order to provide a more satisfying experience for future guests.

The mattress is very comfortable and we slept very well and a small balcony to let in the fresh breeze from the sea. The location is near to the centre market where all the eateries and foods. Parking is easy. Everything is good not perfect but good enough.

The room is rather small, even though I booked a double bed room for just a single pax occupancy. There is hardly any walking space after opening up a 28” luggage flat. If you're a light sleeper - the blinds do not block morning sunlight 100%. Other than that, the room does have a nice partial sea view if you're staying on a high floor. Lobby staff may not be able to speak perfect English, but they tried their best and were quite friebdly. There is a 711 at the hotel lobby, a few convenient stores across the street. It is located 10-15mins slow walk from airport bus stop, one block away from Olle Market, and a couple bus stops within walking distance. If you don't mind walking long distances, it is doable to walk to several tourist spots such as Jeongbang and cheonjiyeon waterfalls.

Saya mempelajarinya sehari sebelum semalam Semalam Grand Millions Hotel Saya menggunakannya sekali Shinshin Hotel Seogwipo Branch Saya tinggal di sini buat kali kedua kerana saya rasa ia lebih selesa. Ia tidak mencolok, tetapi secara keseluruhan Ia mempunyai suasana yang bersih dan ringkas. Bilik itu penuh dengan kaca, jadi ia mempunyai rasa keterbukaan dan pemandangan. Saya suka, bahagian dalam selesa dan selesa. Lain kali saya pergi ke Seogwipo, Saya bercadang untuk singgah lagi. Ini adalah yang terbaik dalam julat harga yang sama Nampak sedap!!

I would rate our overall stay a 7/10. It wasn’t bad but it was a little pricey in comparison to the properties nearby and the swimming pool using cost is too high. Plus points * Near to the sunrise point ( walking distance) * Balcony * Room service everyday * Clean Washroom and toilet * Polite Staff Plus points / Negative Points ( depends from person to person) * Too quiet and takes a lot of time to go to touristy places * Not many affordable food options nearby, but does have fancy places and convenient stores nearby * Extra charge for using the pool is too high (10000 krw/ person / day. Negative Points * Cannot refill plastic bottles, despite of them having a drinking water station at the breakfast, they wouldn’t allow you to use it. it’s a little hypocrite as they don’t provide plastic amenities for green initiatives but when we said we don’t want plastic bottles everyday and just want to fill our water bottle, they politely declined. * A little more expensive than some hotels nearby this area.

전망, 룸컨디션이 완벽했고.. 수영장에서 라이브공연을 보며 스낵과 칵테일을 즐겼던 시간, 아름다운 호텔 야외 풍경이 인상적이었습니다. 갑각류 알러지가 있어서, 수영장에서 랍스터 요리를 먹던 도중 알러지 증상이 일어나 급히 약국에 약을 사러 가야하는 상황이었습니다. 수영복 입은채로 물을 닦고 급히 로비로 나갔는데, 양복을 입으신 남자 매니저로 보이시는 분이 정말 세심히 챙겨주셨습니다. 택시를 잡아 시내로 나가 약을 구입해왔고, 결국 해결이 잘되었습니다. 이후 얼굴을 기억하시고 다음날 아침에 몸은 좀 괜찮냐고 기억하고 여쭈어 봐주셨던 세심함이 인상적이게 다가왔습니다. 프론트 직원분께서도 정말 친절하게 응대를 해주었고, 저희가 특별한 이유로 방문을 하게되었는데, 그 부분을 캐치해주시고, 좋은 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 도움을 주신 부분도 감사했습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 직원분들이 따듯하고 친절했기에 가족과 제주도를 다시 방문한다면 꼭 기억하고 다시 오고 싶은곳 입니다.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the ****** in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the ****** right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.
