Hotel Mesra keluarga di Seoul

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Ia adalah kira-kira 8 minit dari Stesen Dewan Bandaraya kereta bawah tanah dan kira-kira 2-3 minit dari Myeongdong Main Street dan Shinsegae Depar**ent Store kedua-duanya sangat dekat dan boleh dikunjungi dalam a beberapa minit. Hotel ini mempunyai kadar penghunian yang tinggi dan lif penuh sesak pada waktu puncak. Perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah mesra dan lobi hotel agak besar, di mana anda boleh bersarapan dan menggunakan tandas. Terdapat beberapa kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah di hotel, yang mudah untuk membeli barangan dan makanan. Hotel ini dibersihkan setiap hari, dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya bersemangat dan penuh perhatian. Air pancuran mandian sangat besar dan bilik mandi sangat selesa. Kelemahannya ialah penghawa dingin kuat dan tidak boleh tidur dengan penghawa dingin dihidupkan. Setiap kali air digunakan di bilik sebelah pada waktu malam, paip air membuat bunyi. Kerana saya takut dengan bunyi bising dan tidak mahu tidur dengan penghawa dingin, saya meminta meja depan untuk menambah selimut tambahan. 59 yuan Ini adalah kali pertama saya mendengar bahawa terdapat bayaran untuk menambah selimut ke dalam bilik. Cerek hotel adalah plastik.

Strategically situated at Myeongdong market & across the 12floor Daiso, what more do you need! 10mins walk to halal restaurant Kampungku, 15mins walk to Namsan Cable car station also a 10mins walk to a bus station that can take you to Nami/Gapyeong tour. Myeongdong Station Gate 9 just in front of the hotel too Room is clean with all amenities provided and an airport bus in front of the hotel!

The room is so spacious. It has a direct bus (Bus6701) from Incheon International Airport and stops in front of the hotel. It’s just walking distance to Gyeonbokgung Palace, Gwaghwamun square, Cheonggyeocheon Stream, Deoksugung Palace, cityhall mrt, myeongdong st. CU convenience store is just beside the hotel. Everything is excellent except the amenities. They don’t have toothbrush. Bring your own or buy at the convenience store beside the hotel. Other than that, everything is ok. I will still book again in this hotel.

Did a last minute reservation and moved to the hotel in an hour. The rooms provided were clean, but slightly dusty. Other than that, you can request for basic room service which they’ll top up bottled water, make your bed and provide new towels. Overall, we had a nice stay there and will choose to stay with Travelodge again if given a chance.

The hotel is centrally located, which allowed for easy movement around the city. The staff have been extremely helpful and the service was of the highest quality, always smiling and eager to help. The rooms were consistently cleaned up daily and the hotel staff even assisted in setting us up with SIM cards to make navigation easy. The Plaza should be the number 1 option to stay in your travels to Seoul and quite possibly the best hotel we ever stayed in the world!!!

Our second time staying here. Love it, it's fully functional with everything you need. I'd stay here again during my next trip in Seoul.

Good location, nice renovation, but the facilities are very bad. We booked 2 rooms and changed rooms 4 times, first the AC was broken, then the shower couldn't be turned off and a pile of water flooded out from the ceiling. After the room was changed, we had a broken coffee machine and ther room's toilet was clogged and all the poo flooded out. There were no more rooms to be swapped to that night so we didn't let our 2 years old go into the bathroom the whole night. Ended up swapping room and got a bottle of red wine and late check-out as compensation. But I think the facilities can really be better.

The hotel is located at the heart of Myeongdong yet away from the noise. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport shuttle 6701 and alight at the Lotte Hotel, after which we crossed a road , you will see Starbucks and a sculpture . The hotel is just situated behind. It is close to Euljiro subway, the green line and slightly further (8 min) to Myeongdong station (blue). Hotel staff were ever polite and pleasant and never fails to greet us. Room was cleaned very well daily and housekeeping prompt in response. A nice touch by the hotel as they provide a humidifier for a cold and dry weather. Would definitely recommend this place to others!!

Best staying experience in Seoul ever over 50+ hotels in the city. Cozy environment, core location nx to Guanghwamun. Local supermarket opposite to hotel front door. All you need from FS concierge to travel through the city.
