Hotel berhampiran Hoapsa, Seoul

Overall it was a decent stay at the GM JS boutique especially for the price. Service and amenities were standard - staff were polite & hotel room had the basic amenities you need…there’s extra charge of 1000 KRW if you use the toiletries though, ie shampoo, toothbrush, etc… One thing we noticed when we entered though was the smoke smell, perhaps it had something to do with ventilation or pipes.. it was gone the day after. It was also quite dusty so our all allergies were definitely triggered for the first few days… it would be great if the room could be cleaner as well, there were some blotches on the wall/cabinet. In terms of location, it’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, bus & subway station, which was good. If you’re planning on going around tourist areas, ie Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gangnam, area, the location is quite far though. When we tried to take taxis back to our accommodation, some refused as they say they don’t plan to go that far… Size of the room was quite good, spacious enough for 2 people and open up your luggage. There’s a study table with chair and a small coffee table with chair. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious with a smart toilet (seat is also heated) & bidet. Would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly one & good for the price!

Lokasi hotel adalah sempurna. Terdapat tiga pusat membeli-belah berhampiran yang anda boleh pergi membeli-belah dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Terdapat kawasan perniagaan yang bertentangan dengan hotel, jadi anda tidak perlu risau tentang kehabisan makanan. Terdapat kedai kopi berdekatan di mana anda boleh bersarapan, dan terdapat Starbucks dan 7-11 di tingkat bawah. Seperti yang diulas oleh semua orang, kalis bunyi bilik adalah sangat lemah, yang boleh diselesaikan dengan membawa palam telinga.

This was my first time visited Korea, and I stayed in this hotel on 31 may-5 june 2023. I was got confused on the first time I arrived because I can't find the reception and it was no staff standby to assist and directing. Apparently, the lobby area is on the 4th floor (press L in the lift). The first floor is only the bakery shop and concierge (but nobody was there when I arrived). And no any signage either. The lobby area is modern and has a good interior. All of the staffs are all well mannered, friendly and helpful, some even speak good English. The room size is not too big, but still fair. I like the bathroom with shower head. it was clean and the lighting of the room is good. But unfortunately, the main reason I chose this hotel in this area was because I want to have a room with Han River view. It was named 'Standard Han River View Double Room', so I had a huge expectation it would really provided a good view of Han River. In fact, the building was not directly face to Han River (a little bit cross 45 degree) and was blocked with other higher surrounding buildings. and most disappointing, it doesn't have a full wide window, the window was separated by a thick wall in the middle. (I forget to took a proper photo, so I screenshot from my video to my boyfriend). I asked the staff whether we could have a room with full wide window and he said that all rooms' window configuration are all same. so i feel my hussle was really in vain to intentionally move to another hotel since my previous hotel located much more strategically to my itinerary (and actually has a bigger room size and cheaper -- i consider this is more expensive because of the brand and the location). The hotel location itself is actually very convenience because it has a direct bus stop in front of, and Yongsan station is literally across the hotel. Another good point, it also has 24 hour of coin laundry in the building (cost 3,000 won for laundry and 3,000 won for dryer). u can directly buy the detergen+softener for 1,000 won in the vending machine in the laundry room. Overall besides the Han River disappointing expectation, i can say that my stay experience here was lovely. The cleanliness of room, helpful and fluent English staffs were all great.

Hotel ini bersambung dengan taman Longshan i, yang sangat mudah untuk menaiki kereta api berkelajuan tinggi dan kereta bawah tanah Anda sebenarnya boleh pergi ke mana-mana, kerana terdapat kereta api di semua laluan dan ia adalah mudah, tetapi terdapat banyak orang ramai. Kanak-kanak itu sangat gembira. Terdapat begitu banyak pilihan makanan, dan terdapat banyak jenama makanan. Bilik boleh nampak Menara Nanshan ~ overall okay😌

I had a 24 hour layover in Seoul and chose this hotel based on the proximity to Seoul Station. From Incheon, the train journey is about one hour to Seoul Station. Fortunately, the hotel is less than a five minute walk from Exit 12. There is a slight hill, but it’s moderate and not overwhelming. The staff were super pleasant and offered to take my luggage up. I declined since I only had a carry-on, but note there is no elevator in this hotel. Don’t expect opulent space. The rooms are compact, but comfortable. As is typical in Seoul, the bathroom includes the sink, shower and toilet - there’s no separation of the shower. I slept comfortably and the streets are quiet during the night. I only paid $40 for the night so it’s certainly easy on the wallet. As far as location, it’s a walker’s dream. Seoul Station connects to high-speed rail as well as metro lines. Myeongdong is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of eateries around including those at Seoul Station. If you’re a budget traveler or low maintenance, I highly recommend this place.

위치 : 우선 충무로역 바~로 앞에 위치해서 접근성 아주 좋았어요! 역에서 내리자마자 그냥 바로 있어서 찾기 쉬웠구요, 지하철로 이동도 편했습니다. 또 근처에 먹을 것도 많아서 저녁엔 배달 시켜먹었구, 밤엔 친구랑 나가서 최애 술집에서 놀았숨니당🍻 방 내부, 청결 : 우선 방은 3인용 방에서 숙박했는데 생각보다 넓어서 셋이서 자기에 충분했고, 굉장히 깔끔쓰하고 청결했습미다. 테이블도 있어서 음식 먹기 편했고, 노트북 가져와서 일 보기도 괜찮았어요! 화장실 깔끔하고 넷플릭스도 됩니다 (자기 아이디 이용해야함) 세탁기랑 인덕션, 싱크대 있어서 요리나 세탁도 가능할 거 같아요! (전 써보진 않았지만,,) 화장실도 생긴지 얼마 안돼서 그런가 그냥 새거였고 깔끔했어요. 세면대가 바깥쪽에 나와있는게 좀 특이?했지만 불편하진 않았습니다 홍대나 신촌 이런 곳처럼 왁자지껄 시끄러운 번화가가 아니라 밤에 조용해서 좋았구요, 접근성과 위치가 좋아서 대중교통 이용 편리했고 주변에 먹을 곳이나 카페 많아서 좋았어요! 전 친구들끼리 숙박했지만, 장거리 출장이나 업무 목적으로 숙박하실 곳 찾으신다면 적합할 거 같아요..!

Kami meminta bilik dengan pemandangan Namsan - mereka memberikannya kepada kami. Benar, tingkapnya sangat kotor dan sukar dilihat). Pada dasarnya, hotel ini sangat memerlukan pembaikan kosmetik, tetapi kakitangan menyimpan apa yang mereka boleh bersih - kerap menukar tuala (hanya yang kecil), membuang sampah, mengemas katil (sentiasa bersih). Untuk wang anda, pilihan yang sangat baik dari segi lokasi (5-7 minit berjalan kaki ke stesen metro terdekat, 20 minit berjalan kaki ke Myeongdong, 10 minit ke DDP) + air percuma dalam botol 0.5, ruang dapur umum, produk pembersihan atas permintaan . Terdapat banyak kafe, pasar mini, dobi, dan perhentian bas berdekatan.

Public facilities are amazing but the dorm room is super small with narrow bathroom and toilet. You can’t use the facilities (kitchen/conference room etc) on the check out day so make sure you take everything out of the fridge before the night

Ia sangat dekat dengan Stesen Janghanpyeong, dan kemudahan dalaman sangat bersih. Selain itu, saya boleh menggunakan Netflix dengan akaun peribadi saya, jadi saya tidak bosan dan ia bagus. Sangat mengecewakan kerana kalis bunyinya lemah, TVnya agak kecil, dan tiada jubah mandi. Namun, secara keseluruhan saya sangat berpuas hati haha.

Pretty good location and surroundings for Kintex travelers. Room is ok with nice partial Han river view. Hyundai premium outlet mall is just 5min walking distance. yet. Bad attitude female staff with arrogant manners.
