All good except wifi is sooo slow and there is only 3 sockets u can use. Hotel is 10mins away ti train station.

Good room good location.sleep well and so nice to have bath tub with good price . I love security and easy to access. The shampoo and shower cream super nice love so much. Such great trip.

3rd or 4th time staying here only because it’s convenient. There’s a direct limousine bus from the airport that stops just opposite the hotel. The nearest train station exit (exit 6) is full on all stairs though so keep in mind if you have luggage. Check in is easy but I’m still iffy about using code numbers for my room because anyone can break in easily. Had breakfast coupons but didn’t go as the last time I went it was close to nothing. Staff is nice and helpful as always.

Basic shampoo conditioner and body wash in big bottles and a piece of hand soap. Two packs coffee and tea with paper cups. Check in with machine, room key is a number password. That's it. Room is just enough for 2 person space. Don't know why the beds are facing a big mirror while the TV is at the side next to the wardrobe. Near to subway exit 6 for Dongdaemun History station. 5 minutes walk to Gwangjiang market. Walking distance to Dongdaemun Shopping area.

The location of Skypark Hotel is very comfortable for the travelers. It’s very close to 2 subway stations and only 7 mins walk from DDP. The room itself was very cosy and nice, but a bit small. There was everything we needed in the room. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. What about the service though… The man at the front desk was pretty professional, but very cold. He took our passports, quickly pressed some buttons on the electronic kiosk, gave us the paper with the codes, very briefly explained how to use it and send us to the elevator without giving us any time to realize what is happening. Very quick check in and check out. The cleaning lady was very polite, helpful and understanding.

Well, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they help me to call taxis several times times and the housekeepers give us three bottles of water everyday. The view is gorgeous and I can see the Seoul Tower from my room. The only complaint is that the hotel is quite far away from the subway stations. It is actually a bit of inconvenient if you are travelling with your senior family members.

The electronic control system in the room was terrible as the lights can be suddenly turned on at midnight automatically. Sometimes it can’t be turned on as I wanted and sometimes it turned off automatically for no reason. The soundproofing in the room was extremely inadequate, as we could clearly hear the voices of people on the floor above us, and their conversations were even capable of triggering the lights. The duplex room felt excessively cramped, and the wardrobe door could not fully open due to the limited space available. The positive aspects of the room include satisfactory cleanliness of the restroom and beds, as well as a satisfactory breakfast. In conclusion, the room did not justify its price.

Everything is fine except the motion-sensor night light outside bathroom. It was so bright, and can’t be disabled, very annoying!

Had a wonderful time and very good location. Easy to do self check in and out. Breakfast is included and very delicious. minutes walks for subway and a few steps for bus stops.. you can have an airport shuttle bus on a few steps ahead.

I was there in 2018 and it was much better, the breakfast has less choice, the AC is old and could not cool down my room. The doors are very loud if you have a light sleep I would not recommend the hotel, they also don’t give a toothbrushes anymore. You get less than in 2018 and you have to pay way more.

Room is clean, size ok, comfortable bed. Breakfast ok. There is only 1 triple room per floor.

We traveled as a family of four. We booked two rooms. The check-in counter seemed to be broken, so it took a long time to check in. Also, after checking in, we couldn't enter the room for unknown reason. Other than that, the location was good, and it was easy to find taxis, and I felt it was a good hotel.
