Very old hotel with basic rooms. Still, very good location and very clean, the rooms also have nice views of the city. Staff is helpful and kind. The beds 🛌 were new and very comfortable to sleep in. 👌 The area is packed with good restaurants. Recommended for trips were ypu will not spend a lot of time in the hotel.

The lobby and exterior is very nice, but the rooms were quite old. Our bathroom smelt like sewer, and the cleaners did not take out our trash everyday.

So many people were at the pool,
There were people who were waiting to be checked in 3pm on pool bench with luggage, which took up spaces for customers,

The room is dirty, especially the bathroom- smelly and have previous user’s used contact lens and hair left.
All the facilities are torn, the sockets were not functioning.

I love all facilities here. Staff support me when I need help about my baggage and all my question. I like fitness center that has full functions of exercise. Easy to walk to metropolitan rail transit (sinsa exit 5) and find convenience stores, restaurants & cafes around garosugil. My room has nice view. I will back here soon. :)
