The location is great, and the room had heating. The front desk staff even gave us free breakfast vouchers, making it excellent value for money.

一切都超出预期。helpful staff, nice barista, spotless spacious room in the heart of Seoul, great room service. btw RIP to the ones in the air crash. can’t believe this has happened to the country that i received so much kindness from in just a few days.

Nice and clean, all good. I was only here for one day but will be glad to come back. Good money value

A fantastic hotel. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Korea.

The hotel is very well located, a few steps away from the metro station. There is an elevator at the metro station, but here you have to cross the road a few times. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, during the day it's full of office workers on lunch, many coffee shops have queues. On Sat and Sun half of these places may be closed. Walking distance to all major central points for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms are large enough, modern, the air conditioning is great, you can't hear it, but it works. Soundproofing is good, including the windows. There is a kettle tea coffee. There is a breakfast on the basement floor, the place is a bit “unfinished by design”. Breakfast is good. There is everything you need, you can have a hearty and tasty meal. Aim for Korean food, of course. But it is worth it. The building itself is a bit strange. Probably a former office center. The receptionist speaks little English, will not advise you much and seems to be too young.... Not enough spaces for cloth in the room. by feelings, the hotel aspires to the title of boutique hotel or 4 stars. well, good luck. I want to note the cleaning. fast, quiet, high quality. thank you!

The room was a bit small, and breakfast was average.

Book a room of family of four with 2 queen bed. Room very small and not much space to move about. Toilet with one bathtub and without curtain causing the floor wet after bath. Not recommended for big family. Breakfast ok and again location very good at the centre of the city with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Reception were friendly and helpful but language can be a disadvantage. Thankful for translation apps. Rooms are decent for a 3 Star hotel, we booked a room for 3 persons and 2 queen size bed was provided which shrank the space available for movement. Perhaps it is better to have a Queen size and single bed instead. Bathroom were without shower curtains hence the floor was always wet after each shower. Housekeeping crew were polite and obliging. We paid for breakfast but was nothing to shout about, Repetitive dishes and almost all food were lukewarm or cold (including coffee) TV remote did not come with instructions as how to access programs on TV and we had to 3figure out on our own.

Mostly, it was very clean and spacious room, with good mattress. But toothbrush and toothpaste we need to buy, this is kind a strange for us. Because room’s cost was above 100 dollars.

Very bad smell out of the room

Not sure whether it’s normal for us to head down to the reception to request for toilet paper and tissue box. We brought the roll of toilet paper up to our hotel room and left it on the table. When we headed back to our room, the room was made up but the toilet paper was left on the table :( Floors were cleaned and mopped though.

Good location. Many restaurants and convenient shop around. Go myeongdong street for night market. Easy access by myeongdong under mall. Will recommend friends.
