Ulasan LOTTE CITY HOTEL GURO

Extremely satisfied with every aspect, truly living up to the Lotte Group's reputation. The hotel is excellent; you can tell from the装修 materials alone that it's much more thoughtfully designed than the Fairfield Inn I stayed at previously. The wooden room doors are thick and provide great soundproofing. The service is exceptional, with the lobby staff being very warm, friendly, and attentive.

The room was super clean! They even upgraded me to a room with an electric bed. The washing machine was also very clean, but you'll need to bring or buy your own laundry detergent. The front desk service was perfectly fine! There's an E-Mart nearby, though it's a bit of a walk to the subway station.

There's a mall downstairs, so basic dining needs are covered. If you turn left out of the hotel, there's also an Olive Young where you can buy all sorts of popular trending products. Since I was on a business trip, I didn't pay much attention to the distance, but the Jimmy Choo store in Ginza is about a 2-minute walk away, just turn out onto the small street and you'll see it. The location is convenient. There's a Lawson and a Family Mart downstairs, so if you really come back late, it's easy to grab something to eat. The bathroom is quite large for a Japanese hotel of its kind. Overall, I'm very satisfied. This area seems to be an industrial zone, though.

The place was really well maintained and there were alot of amenities! Will definitely book again if I ever have a concert at Geocheok sky dome again!

Nice place and suitable for foreign travellers. Nearby got a lot of food. Easily for transportation. The room is clean. Will definitely come again if go to South Korea.

The surrounding facilities are excellent, the room was wonderful, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is small but well-equipped. There are many restaurants, snack shops, convenience stores, and coffee shops nearby, which is very convenient. It's 900 meters from Subway Line 2, and there's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, making transportation very accessible.

The room is a bit small, only suitable for short business trips. The location is convenient, and there are many good food options nearby.

I had a conference at Seoul National University, and public transport made it really convenient, getting there in about half an hour. The front desk staff were very helpful and even called a taxi for me. The hotel room was great; I'd say it's comparable to the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square.

Hotel was near metro line and so public transportation was easy. Also very near companies that I had a meeting with. Gym and laundromat in the hotel were appreciated

The location is great, near Guro Digital Complex. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Guro Digital Complex Station, and you'll pass many restaurants along the way. It gets quite lively at night with lots of young people gathering there.

No spoon, no mask can be provided, you’d better bring your own or buy at nearby convenience stores

It was way nicer than I expected, would definitely recommend especially if it’s for a short stay.
