Its a hostel actually, lots of student staying for long term, even though the location is abit far from the hongdae street, but overall is okay and quite. Just the soundproofing abit weak, we can hear people talking at the corridor when we are in the room

Checking in and out was a breeze. Will totally recommend to friends visiting Seoul. Near Hongdae area as well. Near Bus stop and Train Station. Enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Really good hotel in every way possible. Lots of cowork spaces, kitchen, roof etc. location is great, near hongdae if you want to see this part of the town. It’s calm and quiet. Lots of food options and recommendations around. People are gentle. Staff is very helpful.

Great service, room, view and amenities. Nice place to work, chill, game (at the communal areas that are very quiet and comfortable) and work out (gym has basic equipment needed to hit muscle groups (push pull legs)

It was a wonderfully nice and quiet place to sleep and eat. The vibe is studious and comfortable.

Be careful when you’re booking, the rooms are literally like a shoe box, I’ve never seen a smaller room before in my life and that’s not an exaggeration, the hotel was cool looking and had a decent amount of amenities but it was a very small space for me and my wife. If I had to stay there for more than 3 days I think I would’ve booked a different hotel it was so small and the pillows were almost empty, we had to ask for 2 extra pillows just to be able to sleep

The room was small but perfect for a solo traveler! The soundproofing wasn't great, but everything else was very comfortable. It has an open kitchen, a work area, and a laundry room and gym which are all very convenient. It's also very close to Hongdae subway station, making it easy to explore the area.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the dermatology clinic I was visiting in Hongdae. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, though a bit of a walk from the subway station and bus stop, which can be tricky with luggage. It's very peaceful, but honestly, it feels more like a youth hostel. I booked it during a weekend when hotel prices were inflated due to a concert. Paying over 900 (including tax) for one night felt overpriced; around 500 would have been more reasonable. Breakfast is a set meal, and it was exactly the same on both days of my two-day stay.

Great room and excellent service. The workspace downstairs is very quiet and perfect for working. I had a really productive night working there, and then I stepped out to find it was snowing in Seoul, haha! Breakfast was also good and kept me warm.

Convenient transportation: There are subway and bus stations nearby, making it very easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were very fast; we didn't have to wait in line, which saved us a lot of time.

I stayed for 21 days with 20 night, the common area, room space and gym room are amazing! Just 1 point alittle bit uncomfortable, that is they only offer 1 time room cleaning for every 7 stay.

The facilities are well-equipped, the room has a fridge, and the check-in service was good. There's also a gym and a communal kitchen downstairs. HOWEVER! The room is tiny, and the soundproofing is awful. With two of us and two suitcases, once the suitcases were open, there was literally no space to even stand. The bathroom is so small it felt claustrophobic with the door closed. We didn't mind not having a TV, but the window is directly opposite the bed, and the curtains let in about 90% of the light. Every morning we were either woken up by crows outside or by the sun. At 2:30 AM, we could clearly hear our neighbors blow-drying their hair and talking. The room isn't cleaned, and no toiletries or disposable slippers were provided. For a hotel costing 600-700, the conditions are really quite poor. It's also a 10-minute walk to the subway station. I've stayed in three hotels in Korea, and this one was by far the worst. Highly NOT recommended.
