Dirty old towel, too far from subway (super long walk in the underground to line 2 and 5) The family cost is too high per night, totally not worth Dirty walls and old furniture

Don’t Stay Here! The hotel is dirty and has poor staff service. The room clearly was not cleaned properly, the dust in my room irritated my allergies, and there was bodily fluid stains on the walls. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, I had to purchase at a nearby store. It was impossible to maintain a good temperature in the room. The staff were arrogant and not helpful at all. Staff refused to order a taxi for me to go to the airport. They said they had to charge me a fee, just to order a taxi! I travel all around the world, I’ve never had a hotel charge a fee to order a taxi. Choose one of the many other hotels in the area, but don’t stay at Baiton!

The design of bathroom is not good at all, there is no space to put bodywash & shampoo inside the walk-in shower, have to put everything on the floor, it is quite inconvenience.

We booked the family suite for our girls trip of 4 people so we can be in the same room during our stay. We arrived a bit earlier before the check in time but the staff was kind enough to let us in since it was ready. The room is well maintained and very spacious even after we put our suitcases down. On the day we were supposed to check out, we joined a local tour so we had to leave our luggage at the hotel, we appreciated that they were well kept for a whole day. In terms of the location, the area is relatively quiet compared to other popular districts but still convenient.

Had a good stay at Baiton dongdaemun! The shuttle bus provided us really convenient access to the airport!

Excellent experience in Baiton and Seoul. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. 5mins walk to Subway interchange. 7mins to GwangJang market. 7 mins to shopping mall.

No Services at all. There are a lot of same level hotel can use. No come back again. I am arrived hotel around 9am 29/5 and want to keep my luggage in the lobby because check-in time on 1500. Counter man looks busy on typing keyboard. Look impatient of my request. He wrote me a card and collect my luggage. Look like that he is not willing to do but i force him to do. When i am check-in 1500, they ask me read carefully to their hotel regulations and clearly. They emphasize no smoking in room, hotel slipper cannot be used outside the hotel....brabrabra...etc. Maybe i am looking like a man no self-discipline. Stay 4 nights, only date 31/5. hotel offer me 2 bottles of drinking water. (Thanks god) . Today, i left hotel. Around 10:45. I am standing at my room door and ready to go my friend's rooms. He will stay longer then me in this hotel. Suddenly, my room phone is ring. I back to room. Suprised, hotel is hotel calling me said "CHECK OUT! CHECK OUT !CHECK OUT !" Why so pushing? Check out time is 11:00. OK, I go to reception immediately to leave them room card. I ask reception what time check out ? they said 11:00 . Just 10:45 calling you check out check out check out. Why so pushing. I am earlier check out then 11:00. Why hotel not so welcome & pushing me leave. My friend booked another room. Check in 31/5, also no drinking water in room. He needs to request them then they sent to room. At 31/5 night, we ask the man in reception, is there any good restaurant introduce. They look impatient again said " I am working here not living here. I don't know." Anyway, good answer. Maybe we need to ask google better. Just feel this hotel not welcome me & my friend and don't ask them anything.

While the vicinity do not have great shopping choices like myeongdong, it is located in the central of various bus stops, and with Google map, which helped me to easily access my destinations like bukhansan, coex mall, itaewon and ikseondong. Airport bus 6001 is also right outside the hotel, along with 2 convenience shops and cute looking cafes. Although there was a hiccup with my booking, the counter staff was able to resolve swiftly and change my room with a bathtub. Good efforts to that 😉

I have a lovely stay in Baiton and would definitely be back if I visit Seoul again. It’s right near the exit 6 of the subway station with convenience stores and a lot of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. The housecleaning lady came everyday to clear the trash and make the bed. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the airport, which is very convenient! Highly recommended!
