Really good, the front desk staff were all very helpful. There was one guy who spoke Chinese incredibly well, so I even gave him some blueberry yogurt. The hotel provides Evian water, which is a nice touch. The location is convenient for getting to Myeongdong, Hongdae, and Seongsu – it's about a 30-minute journey from the Mapo station right in front of the hotel.

The hygiene was so-so, and the soundproofing was really bad. It was also more expensive than hotels in Japan. However, the location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby and an airport bus stop right across the street. Fritz Coffee is just down the alley behind the hotel, and there's a delicious Mapo Samgyetang place too. Overall, I'd still recommend it. Thank god, the bickering couple next door finally checked out after two nights!

I've stayed there 3 times in a row, once a year. It's quite convenient, with easy access to both buses and subways for getting around. You can take Line 5, then transfer to Line 2 to go to Myeongdong Shopping Street, or take Line 2 directly to Jamsil Shinsegae Department Store.

I would choose this hotel a hundred times over!! It's safe, clean, and surrounded by amazing food, plus the transportation is incredibly convenient with several subway lines nearby. Ahhh, it really boosted my impression of Seoul! The photo was taken from my hotel room looking out.

Environment: The surroundings are quite nice; you can see beautiful ginkgo and maple trees right outside the window. The room is also well-maintained, and the soundproofing is good. Facilities: The shower pressure was a bit low initially, but the front desk quickly resolved it after I contacted them.

The hotel is located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, not far from the city center. It's just a 200-300 meter walk to several subway stations, and the airport limousine bus stops directly near the hotel, making its location superb. Behind the hotel, there's a food street and a supermarket, with many establishments open 24/7, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel offers a good range of facilities, including a gym, restaurant, and laundry room. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-equipped. The room was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were patient, polite, and always greeted guests with a smile. I noticed many Chinese guests staying here. Overall, it's a great place and I highly recommend it.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and I really like it. The front desk even has staff who speak Chinese. There's a wide variety of great food options nearby, and with metro lines 5 and 6 close by, it's super convenient to get to all the main attractions. Right across the street, there's an Olive Young; it's a small store but very well-stocked. The airport bus (6015) has its first stop right at the Seoul Garden Hotel. To get to the airport, you just cross the street and walk about 200 meters in the opposite direction, and you'll be there in about an hour.

The location is very convenient. There's an airport subway directly to Hongdae, and it's a quick walk to the hotel from there. There's also a food street nearby with all sorts of options. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is quite good. You need to bring your own toiletries, but you can also buy them at the front desk.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Mapo Station (Line 5), making it incredibly convenient to get around. Right behind the hotel, there's a vibrant food street packed with BBQ restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. The hotel itself is also very clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul!

The location is excellent. Gongdeok Station (Line 6) offers incredibly convenient access to both the airport and Hapjeong, and there's also a 7-Eleven convenience store conveniently located nearby. However, the room isn't particularly spacious, and the facilities are a bit dated. While prices were quite high during weekend concerts, weekday rates are much more reasonable.

This hotel is English-friendly, and check-in was quite convenient. There are two subway stations nearby, one of them quite close. If you're coming from the airport by bus, it's the very first stop, which makes it super easy and convenient. In the evenings, there's a lovely auntie near the subway station selling delicious hotteok (sugar-filled pancakes) and Bungeoppang (fish-shaped pastries). The room was fine, but since the hotel is a bit older, you have to shower standing in the bathtub. Also, you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. It felt like most of the guests were Chinese, probably due to recommendations on Xiaohongshu. There's an airport shuttle right across from the hotel, which is super handy.

Even though it's an older hotel, the room was incredibly clean, and the facilities were great. The location is also excellent, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. If I have the chance, I'd definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, reasonably priced, and the room was incredibly spacious! No need for a power adapter to charge devices, and there was plenty of room for two large suitcases without feeling cramped. They even provided a mini-fridge, perfect for chilling drinks bought from the convenience store. The hotel's location is excellent: there's a street packed with restaurants just behind it, two convenience stores right next door, and a bus stop (including the airport shuttle) directly downstairs. Service was top-notch: the front desk staff spoke Chinese and and were very friendly. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Bonus: We also received an exclusive Olive Young coupon, which we used on our last day for a 150-unit discount. The Olive Young store is conveniently located right across the street from the hotel.
