Hotel is located nearby Yeuondeuongpo Market subway station. District around is pretty good, everything here: groceries, cafe, laundry (if u need). The room itself also nice, but a bit narrow. At the check-out I asked for printing tickets, but cute woman at the reception didn’t print me, or just didn’t know English)
Price/quality ratio is perfect!

Can't give 5 stars cause of View points. Firstly will share the plus point
Positive:
-Price are reasonable or even cheap
-Room quite spacious for the price
-Neighboring area is quiet, you still can hear if people open door next to you but still relatively quiet for 3 days stay
-Amenities quite complete
-Have computer but really old
-Have TVs and lot of programs
-Have several type of Charger
-Have extended chord
-Have good water heating showers
-Toilet can be set to have warm seats
-Walkable to subway station
-Walkable to convenience store
-Room is very clean for Motel standard
Negative:
-When I came staff doesn't speak English. Even I tried to give google translate and ask her to speak in it she refuse. So I didn't get what I want to ask. So I just grab my key
-All rooms are non-Smoking. From the website of Trip.com I clearly order Smoking rooms (Staff need to update this information)
-Its stated that you can see city views from window but it doesn't (You can see pictures of neighboring building and also the window of each rooms)
From these 3 points I can't give full score.
Other Negatives
-Room looks old
-No translation of using remote, Etc (You can translate from pictures tho)
-No rooms slippers
-The bidets of my toilet is broken and can't be used
-Does not provide bath mat

The whole room was very clean. When I stayed there, I saw that they cleaned the corridor very carefully. The person who greeted me at the beginning was Korean. He didn't speak Chinese and didn't seem to know English either. So they found a Chinese master, and he was super nice!

I stayed an extra night, so the room was different.
About a 15-minute walk from Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Subway Line 5.
The subway is quite deep underground, like the Oedo Line, so you can easily get to the ground level by taking three elevators.
The hotel lady is nice, but she doesn't speak Japanese.
Please note that the button next to the light in the room is for heating only.
There are two remote controls, and the red power button under the gray remote control is for air conditioning.
There was no remote control in the room on the first day, so I pressed the switch on the main unit directly.
The room has a hidden outlet hole behind the bedside desk.
There is a built-in cord and a black USB outlet. The black one worked when I turned on my computer.
There were three bottles of water, slippers (sometimes there are), a thin robe, one bath towel, and three small towels in the room. Toothbrushes, lotions, etc. (I don't know what they are, so I can't use them)
The double room did not have a bathtub, but there was a shower attached to the top and a handheld shower. Check-out was at 12 o'clock, so I left the room early at around 7 o'clock, and when I returned at 10 o'clock, the room had already been cleaned.
