Ulasan Hotel in 9 Gangnam

Our overall stay in this hotel was good and satisfying. The room is not big but clean and modern. The buffer breakfast is rich and tasty, and the location is great- just 4 minutes walk from the metro station, 10 minutes walk from COEX shopping mall, and right under the hotel there are Starbucks and olive young. Only 1 thing bothered me- one of the days we had a very early excursion so we had to leave at 07:00 AM from the hotel(the same time the breakfast opens). We approached the front desk the night before asked if it’s possible to wrap us something for the way(even some pastries only or sandwich) they said no. Never in my life in none of my stays I got this answer for such a simple request. Other than that, the rest was great.

The service is excellent, and the people are very nice. The only problem I had was the loud air conditioning. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

Good location in Gangnam area. Close to Coex. standard business hotel without complaint

right next to the subway station, i.e. Bonguensa station (Line 9), walking distance through subway station to COEX, very convenience.. food/ convenience stores are easily available within steps away.. not to mention, good selection of them in COEX. UBER or taxi to INC airport approx. KRW 70K..

Great location to explore the city. Customer service was amazing and the clerks were helpful with securing taxi services. Room was clean minus the shower. Few strands of hair and something smeared on portions of shower wall. Other than that great place to stay would stay again.

It is a simple and nice hotel with ample space in the room. IT is extremely convenient since it is close to subway and starbuck is less than 100m away. The oldest temple in the city is sited just close to the hotel for a short visit as well.

The concert is very convenient, the service is good, the staff attitude is good, and the transportation around is convenient

Located very near COEX and COEX mall so all within walking distance including to the Bongeunsa train station and walk a but further down samseong station. The hotel is directly opposite to Bongeunsa Buddhist temple which is one of the major attraction for Seoul.

No kettle so can’t make hot water. Room service food option was very limited. We booked and paid king size bed and our room bed was queen size.

Good location and new and clean facilities

good clean but no safety around

Pros: location; front desk staff, room decor (though a very small room, especially for two people with suitcases) Cons: housekeeping - left room door wide open all day long, didn’t replace coffee pods or sugar multiple times, didn’t clean shower one day and left empty shampoo/conditioner bottles (it was obvious they were empty), claimed $70US worth of Lush products were not left in the room upon checkout (beauty products did no walk away on their own!), so either someone saw it and disposed of it or kept it. Many young couples checking it for a few hours. I wouldn’t consider it a family hotel. I paid for a room with a corner window… big disappointment to have one window have the view blocked by the the building next door. For a night I guess it’s fine, but for a week? No.
