OYO Hostel Myeongdong 5

Salah satu penghawa dingin bocor air... Tilam bergegar bila bergerak sedikit! Lokasinya berhampiran kereta bawah tanah Myeongdong, dan tempat membeli-belah paling sibuk di Myeongdong terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki! Jus dan susu sarapan percuma disediakan! Kakitangan kaunter adalah profesional. 👍

The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff was not only helpful but also proficient in English. The location is excellent, especially for Muslim individuals, as there are halal restaurants within walking distance, such as Kampungku and Bakso, Korea BBQ. However, the only downside is the strong sewerage smell, even though the private toilet is separate from the bedroom. I stayed in a family room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the staff during check-out were extremely unpleasant and impolite. The check-out time is 11am, but you have the option to pay an extra KRW10,000 for a one-hour late check-out until 12 noon at the latest. I have decided to pay for the late check-out, but the staff informed me that we cannot use the luggage elevator as it only operates until 11am. However, the notice clearly states that the elevator operates from 8am to 10pm. After presenting the facts and arguing my point, the staff finally allowed us to use the elevator … i dont really understand why at the first place he keep saying its their rule that the lift can be used until 11am only and he added only 2 of them is working . It is important to note that this building does not have an elevator for people, only for luggage. Therefore, we have to climb the staircase to reach our room. The family room or quadruple room is located on level 4. Please educate your staff to learn more english to cater international guests . Thanks !! .

Great location from Myongdong station Just a few minute walk from train station Seoul station is only 2 stops with metro We could leave luggage easily before check in They provide 2 towels per a day Simple breakfast and coffees are free Dormitory was very quiet and pleasant. There are huge cabinet you can store big luggage inside Worth to stay during quick trip with reasonable price middle of Seoul

The location is fantastic you’re right where you need to be to get anywhere in Seoul. I went with two of my friends and we stayed in a room with a double bed and a single bed. The room was clean overall and there was a small breakfast set up in the morning, there wasn’t many options, it was quite basic overall but for the price it was okay. They had bread and cereals mainly, I do think some fruit is needed though. We did go in early January so the room felt a little bit cold but it was comfortable enough. I would stay in the hotel again because of the location and price.

The hotel was very clean. Very close to the Night food street of Myeongdong. Very satisfied with the overall hotel. Staffs are helpful and polite. Accessible to many close locations by walk and has even the subway station very close. Highly recommended. Daily breakfast was also nice. And coffee water available 24 hours.

Convenient location of the hotel, fair service is provided and the make up cleaning of the room is needed to send order to the reception staff. The breakfast is only bread and butter everyday.

Good location. Room was not what I expected. It's a hostel with private room at the breakfast and common area, poor sound proofing. Requested to change and reception obliged but I checked out anyway. There is better value for money room elsewhere.

Nice room and staff

Very close to Myeongdong shopping street which at night hosts plenty of street food vendors. A 2 minute walk from the nearest subway station. The staff are friendly if you start a converstation with them. Bonus - there is also a cat who occasionally comes to the front door and waits to be fed. She is very cute and let me pet her.
