Ulasan Nine Tree Hotel Dongdaemun

Location is great, easy to reach by airport bus no.6001 and a few metro stations are around. Many money exchange shops and convenient stores nearby. Just 10mins can reach Myeongdong by bus. The room is clean and the facilities are quite new. You can control your own room air-con temperature. Although my room at 11th floor and facing the main road, it wasn't noisy. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

I like it that the room is very clean and new with nice bed. It is also very convenient with Airport bus easily available at the hotel with lots of food eatery nearby. Self-service luggage locker is great. The only challenge is the room is smaller than what I thought and feel quite restricted. Other than that, the stay meet the function needs of a short-term traveler.

Fuss-free check in with friendly service. The hotel room and adjoint toilet were clean and comfortable. The hotel does not provide many services but it was good enough for solo travellers who spend most time outside exploring. Would recommend!

The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and they could speak very good English. The location of the hotel was very convenient too.

Everything was great except that the room really is very small. Locations is not bad, as have convenience store downstairs with alot of buses to main attractions. Aircon will automatically turn off, there is no air circulation and is stuffy. Have reported to the hotel but they say they are unable to do anything as it is central control, there is a sensor to turn off the Aircon when the room temperature is met. Requested to check and get back on the solution as we are staying 4 nights but until we check out no one has contacted us.

It is a nice location and is clean. Although the room is small. One person is oaky.

Awesome little hotel near Dongdaemun and Jungno subway station. Short walk to Gwangjang market and has lots of buyers that stay primarily to go to the wholesale centre nearby. Love the lobby and self storage facility. Rooms are pretty small but clean.

The hotel is some walk from the main Dongdaemun area but it’s a reasonable stroll especially in the autumn! The room is small and cosy, but it’s clean and modern. Especially loved the shower!

Hotel was 5mins walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Exit 12. You can use the lift at Exit 12 (first photo), to/from Level B2 & 1 as the 4 escalators leading up to street level do not work. The room has everything you need, it’s very clean and new (beds and pillows were good ＞＞ didn’t give any backache 😂), with a very convenient water and ice dispenser in the walkway. On top of that, the room has free 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. There are many convenient stores around the hotel. You can have your tax refund done at DOOTA Mall near the hotel so you don’t have to queue at the airport to get your $ back before your departure. Myeongdong Street (at Lotte Young Plaza stop) was also about 10 mins bus ride to the hotel with 5 buses running on the same route. Would recommend staying at this hotel again! The locker for luggage storage (last photo - it fits a L size luggage) was really an advantage - you could dump your luggage before and after your check-in! Finally, airport bus 6001 to the airport is right outside the hotel - prepare 2 hours journey for road traffic conditions near Seoul station enroute to airport.

Nice, modern, very clean hotel. Easy check in, water provided, cleaning every day. Convenience store nearby, 5-10 min walk to metro. Good value but some road noise as the room was overlooking a busy road.
