Don't go. Just don't go. I didn't have high expectations since it's a guesthouse, but the rude staff attitude from 0the moment I checked in pissed me off. The room condition was just the worst. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ *Note: I'm in room 708. As soon as I entered, I stepped on the floor and checked, and it was moldy carpet. I got there around 6:30, and the bathroom must have been cleaned just recently because it was a sea of water. The floor and walls were all moldy. My hands hurt just typing. I was just going to sleep, so as long as the bedding was okay, I'd be okay with it. I held back and lifted the blanket, but ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Check mold in the photo. When I asked to change the blanket, they came and asked, "What time is it?" so loud I could hear them. They were so rude. I wonder how they even got hired here. At this point, I don't even want to use the word rude, so I'll just say ***. Oh, and the funny thing is, all the finishing touches were done with masking tape. ㅋㅋㅋ It's not even at the level of a typical motel, and for this price? I see there are a lot of foreigners here, so please don't do things that are so shameful ゲストハウスだと期待はしませんでしたが、チェックイン時から不親切なスタッフの態度に「犬」開かれています。 ルームコンディションはちょうど最悪です。 入るとすぐに床に水を踏んで確認するとカビの張り板か。 6時半ぐらい入ったのに掃除もすぐにしたのかバスルームは水海～ 床で壁で、すべてカビ〜タイプするのも手の痛みです 本物の寝るだけ寝て寝具だけ大丈夫になればいいなぁ。 変えてもらうように頼むから来てはみんな聞こえるように「今は何時？」こんにちは、私は礼儀正しく何をここでどのように採用されたのか疑問です。 ああ、面白いのはすべての仕上げがマスキングテープになっています。 広くて広がったモーテルのレベルにもならないのにこの価格？ 見たら外国人が多いのに韓国側を売らないでくださいㅜㅠ ください〜; 出てくると、1つの部屋を部屋に差し込んで出てきたことを忘れて、鍵を1つだけ返却しました。 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ가지마세요 그냥 가지 마세요. 게스트하우스라 기대는 안 했지만 체크인 할 때부터 불친절한 직원 태도에 ’개‘열 받고요 룸컨디션은 그냥 최악ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ *참고 708호에오 들어가자마자 바닥에 물 밟아서 확인하니 곰팡이장판인지 ; 6시 반 쯤 들어갔는데 청소도 금방 한건지 욕실은 물바다~ 바닥이고 벽이고 전부 곰팡이~ 타이핑하기도 손아푸네용 진짜 잠만 잘거라 침구만 괜찮으면 대.. 라는 마인드로 다 참고 이불 들췄는데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 이건 아니잖아요ㅜ 바꿔달라고 요청하니까 와서는 다 들리게 “지금이 몇시야?” 이쥐ㄹ났네요 예의고뭐고 여기 어떻게 채용되셨는지 의문 이쯤되면 불친절이라는 단어도 써주기 싫어서 ㅈ나싸가지 없다고 할게 아 그리고 웃긴게 모든 마감이 마스킹테이프로 되어있음ㅋㅋㅋ 널리고 널린 모텔 수준도 안되는데 이 가격 ? 보니까 외국인이 많던데 우리나라 쪽팔린 짓 하지마세요ㅜㅠ 제발~; 나올 때 룸키 하나를 방에 꽂아두고 나온걸 잊어버리고 키를 하나만 반납 했는데 3층에서 1층까지 엘베속도로 허겁지겁 뛰어오더라구여 그 열정으로 손님 받으세요;

The cleanliness and ambiance of the place is good. Especially the lounge area. The hotel is also quiet. We barely even hear other people’s voices inside our room and even at the lounge area. I also liked how the rooms have windows for them to see what the outside of the building looks like.

The location was really convenient. The room was smaller than I expected, but I’m happy.

My review for a 2 night stay as 2 friends in a Twin room with windows. Plus points: 1) Value for money, no frills, simple breakfast included 2) Excellent location by DDM History & Culture Park Station, Bus Stops and short walk after you alight from Airport Bus 6001 alighting at Toyoko Inn 3) Near to DDP and DDM shopping area, food options, and convenient stores nearby 4) Able to store luggage 5) Water cooler on every floor for hot and cold water 6) Aircon is great during summer! 7) Elevators! (though a little slow at times) 8) They provided towels and shower toiletries 9) Faces main road not along alleyways, keycard access, main entrance and lifts have to be operated by keycards after 11pm, so pretty secured imo 10) There's a small fridge in the room, and I believe you can use the common kitchen to cook or reheat simple meals if you want to. Points to note (not exactly negatives, dependent on tolerance levels): 1) Cleanliness, overall ok, but I don't think they clean the corners and under the beds 2) Old linen, sheets 3) Very old building, tiles cracking along the hallway, definitely in need of better maintenance 4) The shower is connected to the sink, which means no separation of toilet and shower. Everything will get wet if you are not careful 5) Small space, but manageable imo, we were able to fit and pack 2 x 24" luggages in the twin room. 6) Wash your own dishes after having your breakfast, not an issue for us, though Overall, it's an old, budget, no frills guesthouse. Will recommend it for short stays, and I would return if I am travelling alone for the price point.

Excellent location close to metro station. Simple breakfast provided. Friendly, helpful staff.

Don't take the room without a window. It's very hot and the room smells like it was smoked by itself. If you say it smells like cigarettes, you'll have to pay 20k won extra to change the room. Of course I paid. The room I changed smelled bad the first day and smelled like dirt the next day. The room with a window feels like it's outside. I'll definitely not stay here again.

Great location. Hotel was average but value. Room was too hot and AC didn’t work (windowless room).

The room equipment are quite old and the wallpaper are start tearing off. The breakfast are only bread and cereal. The worst are need to wash the dishes yourself after eating.

Terrible experience! I've been booking with them for so many years. This time, as I was checking out, two Koreans blocked me and threatened to call the police. When I checked in, they didn't mention an 11 AM checkout time. When they came up to tell us, we were already packing. We told them we were tidying up and would be right down, but they insisted on a 10,000 won fine. Then, when I went down with my room key, they actually stopped us and demanded our passports, threatening to call the police. I told them to go ahead and call the police, but I wouldn't hand over my passport, only show it to them. Seriously, when you're traveling abroad, always keep your passport safe. I'm pregnant, and they were blocking me at the door. We explained that we didn't know; in China, checkout is at 12 PM, so we hadn't realized it was 11 AM here. We weren't even dragging our feet, yet they kept intimidating us.

Good but a little look old. You need to walk a little bit from subway, not too far but if you have a lot of luggage, it's would be struggle

RUN AWAY. this hotel was one of the worst i have ever done in my life, this is coming from someone that went to more than 40 countries, many more cities and different hotels. it was an absolute nightmare and i didn’t even spent the night there, tho i arrived at 1am! it was about 50°C in the room. no AC, not even air circulation for the bathroom, and as it was a no window room, it was REALLY BAD. just a disgusting fan that only was blowing even hotter air into the room. obviously, there was A LOT of mold, both in the room and the bathroom. they didn’t refunded after i left though i contacted them and trip.com help (which did refund me from their own pockets). i almost fainted from the heat in less than 10 minutes in the room. i was literally SUFFOCATING. it is not normal to have this kind of room being open to the public. the corridors were 2 times less hot.

It was okay and fine since mostly you're outside and will just get to hotel to rest and sleep.

The location of the place was really good and close to the metro station and many tourist attractions, but the quality of the room was horrible and there was very thin walls allowing you to have a conversation with your neighbor from your separate rooms. It was too expensive for the room quality and you can find better hotels that does not cost much more than this place. Also, the staff was very helpful and nice, so that was a good thing!
