The location is fantastic. The traditional market right next door is great for browsing and has a ton of food options, so you won't have to worry about meals. However, the facilities are a bit old, so those who prioritize cleanliness might find it a little uncomfortable. It might be better to stay during seasons other than winter. The bed is spacious, and those who prefer a firm mattress will likely appreciate it. It would be hard to find another hotel with this good value for money in such a prime location. The front desk staff are also friendly, and the room itself is quite spacious.

So calm and comfortable to stay

The front desk staff especially the older gentleman has only one emotion on his face which is one of indifference. Poor service attitude, does not smile, looks annoyed most of the time. Location is great espc if attending concert at KSPO Dome, walking distance of 20mins, short walk to the train station. has amenities nearby- wet market, convenience store, eateries.

We are cyclists and we could park our tandem in the lobby. The very friendly manager help us even to get the tandem through the doors.

Pros: The prices are reasonable. And it's close to a traditional market, so there are plenty of restaurants. Cons: Hmm... It's a bit old.

I had a fan meeting this month, so I booked a room here and came to the room to check, but no matter how hard I looked, there was no outlet, so I was about to give up, but then I pulled up the bed mattress and looked and there was an outlet.. I recommend that everyone look into the room more carefully when booking a room!!

It's close to the subway station. That's the only good thing about it. It's a very old hotel, so dimly lit it's almost scary. The entrance to the hotel is hard to find, and the front desk staff are unsmiling and rude. I arrived early in the morning and check-in was after 11 PM, so I asked them to store my luggage for me, but they were very annoyed and told me to just leave it somewhere (there was no luggage number or security net). When I checked in late at night, there were a lot of suitcases at the front desk. The room door was hard to open, and there was no security at all; it was just a chain, so it was easy for a robber to break in. I was glad I had my security kit with me. The room was dirty. The cleaning was completely lacking. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom, and the glasses were covered in limescale and filthy. I paid just over 20,000 yen for two nights, which is a lot of money for this level of quality. I will never use this hotel again.

I stayed here for a live performance at K-Spot! It was very easy to get to the venue, just one stop from Station ⑤ and three stops by bus. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient!! The hotel has a unique smell and the room is old, but it's spacious! However, the shower room and toilet have frosted glass, so you need to be careful when staying with friends. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed at this hotel to attend an event at Olympic Park, just one stop from the venue and close to the nearest station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Check-in was at 4:00 PM, but I was allowed in when I arrived at 2:00 PM. They also gladly stored my luggage. However, while it was nice to have a bathtub, the drainage was poor, which was a bit of a problem. The room was old and the facilities seemed outdated. Overall, I was satisfied with the value for money and the good access. I would like to stay again.

I went to a KSPO concert with my kids and booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. It's very close to the Olympic Sports Center, just one subway stop away, making it very convenient. The only downside is the old facilities. The bathroom looked filthy. All night long, there was a constant creaking and banging noise in the room, and the old air conditioner made a humming noise. Plus, the room had many mirrors, and the layout was cold and a bit scary. I didn't get a good night's rest. I was afraid to sleep, so I kept the bathroom light on for comfort. It automatically turned off after an hour, and I turned it on again, and it turned off again after an hour. I have certain room requirements, so I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

Although it's hard to communicate in Japanese, when I went to the front desk late at night to make an early morning taxi reservation, they kindly accommodated and even gave me mineral water for free in the morning! The bus stop and subway are nearby, so I was able to use the bus a lot this time!

Excellent hotel👍 I liked the location; it's close to the metro, and there's also a very good farmers' market nearby. This market is very colorful, showcasing the full potential of Korean farming and culinary folk art.👍 After reading previous reviews, I was worried about cleanliness, but no, everything was fine. The bathroom was clean and white, and it was cozy. For the price, everything was perfect.👍

I've stayed here a few times in the past, but the building and rooms feel old. The location isn't in the center of Seoul, and the area around the hotel has a lively, fun, downtown vibe. The rooms are very reasonable, if you don't want to splurge, and are satisfactory for a standard business hotel.

The moment I entered, I felt it was old, but it was more comfortable than I expected and I was able to stay there for a long time.
