This hotel is really near to the subway! Will definitely choose this hotel next time if I’m going for concert at Kspo dome, and many restaurants nearby

We stayed for about a week. Cleaning is only provided on request (or automatically after 3 nights), so we had to ask twice. The first time the room was cleaned properly, but the second time they only changed the towels. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty, which was difficult for me since I have a dust allergy, and I ended up with a swollen, dry throat during the last two days. The room was also extremely hot — even in February we had to sleep with the window open, no blanket, and the AC on. Overall, the cleaning could have been better. However, the location is great and worth the price. If you don’t have allergies and don’t mind some dust, the room itself is beautiful and I would still recommend it.

The hotel had nothing! Lobby receptionists are not helpful. No Amenities and if you ask everything is no.

I’ve stayed at Boutique 9 Neungdong several times. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, and everything else about the stay has been quite good. However, I’ve noticed that the front desk staff do not seem very friendly toward foreign guests. At times, their attitude felt a bit impolite, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise positive experience. Aside from the front desk service, I’ve been satisfied with my stays and appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel.

The staff was unhelpful, and the bathroom had no door, making it very uncomfortable for a couple.

The hotel has not central, but convenient location close to the subway stations of two lines. The settings of the rooms are individual and quite convenient, including comfort of the bed. I liked my stay even though there was a bit of dust on some surfaces and despite I could surprisingly feel the smell of the tobacco from the window on a couple of occasions.

Room was spacious and everything was okay.

This hotel is located in a good area, where I was able to access Seounsu area and Walkerhill. The room has a bathtub as well as a shower room, which gave us more relaxed staying experience. Maybe because of the law related to ESG, they did not give us extra towels for each night (I didnt ask them tho), but totally quite a good experience.

Clean and simple, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I was good location and very convenience neighborhood!

First of all, the room we reserved on Trip.com were not available. At the hotel they gave us another room, the cheaper one. Not Billiard suite as we reserved. They gave us Couple PC room… And we still don’t know whose mistake it was. The receptionists don’t speak any English. There is menu with breakfast at the room but when you call to order the shout to you that there is no food and no english. Room service is disgusting. There were hair everywhere, dust is like 3 cm. Also, very cold at night and they ask for KRM 20.000 for the second blanket. Sink makes awful sounds. Pc spot was never cleaned. Its like the dirtiest place I saw in my life Trip com team promised us to return money for the room mistake. I hope it will be delivered in two weeks

I booked billard suite. But there was no billard table 🥲 Room has a very heavy smell from a smoke which is quite unpleasant. Otherwise room was spacious ,bathtub is nice and big enough
