Ulasan voco Seoul Gangnam, an IHG Hotel

In a well location at Gangnam of Seoul, close to many eateries and local restaurants! Service is good and the room is clean. Will come again when visit Seoul

Came to Soeul for vacation with my wife. I’ve had 2 days with breakfast. And every time, I see ladies with bandages using breakfast as well. I understand that there are tonnes of plastic surgery clinic or hospital around the hotel. But it will help a great deal if I don’t need to see ladies with bandages walking around in the morning, as T his will definitely turn down my appetite in the morning.

The room was clean everyday(which is the reason I leave a full score review). Service was very nice, the reception guy/lady kindly help to solve problems we have. The laundry devices was not very satisfactory though, the coin changing thing and one of the washing machine was not working that night, we ended up finishing laundry at midnight, exhausted. Despite that, service and cleanness was 10 of 10.

I had a good stay at VOCO. I love the common kitchen area where I can cook by myself. I got assigned to a disabled room so minus for that.

Great hotel. It’s close to the subway train so very convenient to get to. The location of the hotel is also good cause it’s close to all the cool shops and cafes. About 10 mins walking distant. Love our stay there.

Great 4 star hotel in terms of service, environment and cleanliness. Near Garosugil which is quite the happening area in terms of food and shopping. Room was not bad with a Chromecast enabled tv and mini fridge was stocked everyday and had decent selection of soft drink, canned juice, beers and water. Could also wash our clothes using DIY laundromats at a rather affordable price. Complaints would be the housekeeping as the bedsheets weren’t changed when requested and the floor wasn’t cleaned when we had crumbs on the floor and that the toilet had no shower curtain installed so having a regular shower often makes the toilet floor wet. One side of the bed also did not have any outlet.

The location is good. The front desk can not speak fluently english. But understandable. The location just across from Garosugil area. The subway station in a walking distance. Overall it is good hotel to stay.
