The room isn't huge, but the city view is great. The front desk, lobby, and room service were all very good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. Overall comfort was decent. However, the shower was just okay; the water pressure from the showerhead wasn't great. I'm not sure if it was just my room.

The hotel facilities are quite old and the layout is a bit strange. It's really convenient for getting to Myeongdong though. The service was good, and I didn't experience any discrimination against Chinese people in Korea at all.

Second stay this year, and the service is still excellent, as is the cleanliness. The bedding is comfortable, and the location is very convenient. It's about a 50-minute drive from Incheon Airport, Myeongdong is right across the street, and Lotte Department Store is downstairs.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The EXECUTIVE building is newer, with the reception on the 15th floor. My room was on the 27th floor, offering great views, and the mini-bar was well-stocked, even featuring Evian water. I particularly loved the in-room massage chair, perfect for unwinding after a day of shopping. Besides the standard pillows, there was also a fantastic memory foam pillow available, which was very comfortable for my neck. The location is super convenient, right next to subway line 2. It's about a three-minute walk across the street to Myeongdong, and Lotte Department Store is right downstairs. If you turn right out of the building, you'll pass the Avenue of Stars before entering the department store, where you can 'high-five' the handprints of your favorite K-pop idols!

I stayed at the Lotte Hotel in Seoul many years ago, and I chose to stay in the Executive Tower again after all this time. First off, the young lady who checked me in was absolutely gorgeous, with fair and rosy skin, haha! The service during the process was excellent. The room itself was quite spacious. The airport bus 6701 stops right in front of the hotel, both ways, which is super convenient. I particularly want to mention the 24-hour Korean restaurant right across from the hotel – it's truly fantastic, haha! Highly recommend it!

I was very satisfied with the room; they proactively upgraded me to a suite. The suite was very spacious, and they provided two bottles of Evian mineral water daily. In a country like Korea where a bottle of water costs five won, this was a very thoughtful gesture. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the location was convenient. Lotte Department Store is upstairs, and the duty-free shop is on floors 9-12. Myeongdong shopping district is just across the street, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The subway station is right outside the door. Check-in is on the 15th floor, and they help with luggage and even escort you to your room after check-in. The only drawback was the lack of a Chinese-speaking front desk, but Korean and English communication was fine. The pool and gym are free for guests aged 16 and above. Housekeeping was prompt, and they proactively asked if we needed more water. Everyone offered service with a smile. I stayed for three consecutive nights and was very satisfied.

It's refurbished, but clean, and the price isn't high, so it's still reasonable. However, it's probably best to stay elsewhere for the first few days and then move to Lotte when you're ready to shop, as it's very convenient. The most important thing is to bring cash, as you *must* use a card. I didn't have a credit card, so I had to scramble for cash.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, and right next to Lotte Department Store. The room is spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. The service is proactive and warm. Although the price is a bit high, I still feel it's well worth it. The overall experience was superb! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul!

Lotte Hotel is super convenient! It's right by Euljiro Station on Subway Line 2, making it really quick to get to popular spots like Hongdae and Seongsu-dong. Myeongdong is just an underground passage away. The hotel itself is in the same building as Lotte Shopping Center, so after a couple of days, you'll figure out all the internal connections and won't even need to go outside in the sun. You can easily drop off your shopping at the hotel and then head back out. All in all, it's a hotel that's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. My only two minor gripes are that the facilities are a bit dated – which is common for older hotels – and the breakfast buffet has a limited selection. However, I'd still stay here again next time because it's just so incredibly convenient for shopping.

I got upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and luxurious. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch – even the complimentary water was Evian! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to duty-free shops and Shinsegae Department Store, offering a fantastic array of shopping and dining options. Definitely worth staying here.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. As for the location, there's a Lotte Duty Free shop right downstairs, which is super convenient! The surrounding area is a central commercial district, and if you walk for about 10 minutes, you'll find plenty of popular, trendy restaurants.

I booked a room for my child and husband, and we got upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious. Lotte Hotel was renovated this year, and the rooms are much better than when I visited Seoul a few years ago. From now on, Lotte will be my go-to hotel in Seoul, especially since its location is so convenient for everything.

This hotel in Seoul is incredibly convenient, directly connected to the Lotte Department Store and Lotte Duty-Free Shop. It's a one-stop shop for everything – shopping and dining are right at your fingertips. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the service is top-notch.

The staff were all very kind, and the room was clean with a bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay!
