This is my second stay in this hotel, as usual the room is spacious and clean. The service in this hotel is impressive considering this is a rather basic hotel meant for short stay tourists. The Front office Manager is always greeting guests with a large smile, always ready to help. You can tell that his staff are happy working there too. The housekeeper on the floor is very helpful and nice. We came back to this hotel because its just so convenient. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great in the rooms. Other than that, everything is great!

Small room but clean, there is a window in room but cannt open. Good location. Near Metro and airport bus stop. There are too many shops and restaurants.

Very convenient location and accessible to airport (airport limo bus) and various places with Myeongdong Metro Exit 9 right at the doorstep . Staff was helpful to extend checkout time . Bonus vouchers for shopping

Location is good, food and subway nearby. Shopping also 10 - 15 min walk depend where u gg to shop. Reception is very friendly, manager also helpful let us have early check-in when room is ready. I book the Saturday nite stay a bit expensive. This hotel I've stayed 9 years ago still ok they've a hotel chain. Tks ..

Very convenient location located right outside Myeongdong Station Exit 9 (less than 1 min walk). 24/7 7-Eleven with a good variety of instant food. Hotel staffs are polite, friendly and very helpful.

Hotel staff were friendly. Check in/check out process was smooth. Room was a bit small but had enough room to open 2 big luggages. The fabric shower curtain was missing a waterproof liner causing the shower curtain to get wet and also sway towards you while taking a shower. Other than that, everything was good. Location was great!

Our stay in this hotel is great. Staff were amiable, accommodating and super nice ❤️ I regret i only booked for a night😒 We did a hotel hopping around myeongdong and this is the best. Location wise - you are at the center of everything . Just a few walk is the street food market😊 Our main transportation when we were in Seoul is Taxi and this hotel has the perfect location . Taxi stand, bus stop is just in front of the hotel 7 eleven is beside the frontdesk so its very convenient

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Very convenient location. Hotel is right outside of Myeongdong subway station, exit 9.

The room, though small, was well-equipped. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and the airport bus stop. It's also super convenient for exploring Myeongdong and the duty-free shops. Plus, the guy at the front desk was really enthusiastic and gave us great tips on places to visit.
