good hotel and location is good near from everything so if you need something just outside from hotel, close from hotel you will found so many cafe and bar

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. No one clean up our room throughout six days stay. Another best part is, the air-conditioning not working and it so noisy. I had informed the front desk Manager fix it two days ago but he just ignored my request. I asked for refund for one night when I checked and he refused. I seriously not recommend anyone stay in this poor service hotel.

Hotel was ok, clean and good size room. Location very close to Seoul tower cable car. Plenty of shops and places to eat close by.

The proximity to many tourist attractions made this hotel a smart choice. We didn’t have any issues during our short stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower (no shower curtain or enclosure). Overall, it’s satisfactory for short stays.

Everything was fine, except for the power plugs which were too worn off, it was extremely difficult to charge our phones.

The room was not ready despite us arriving a few hours than the supposed check in time, no compensation was afforded to us, very dissapointing.

Decent hotel but we underestimated how far it is to Seoul station. For the price, it’s nicely run and does what it says it does. No complaints.

No service at all , even though the hotel info. indicates staff on duty at front desk 10:00-22:00, there's no staff at all. And when one man showed up, he helped us check in, but when we need him to check our window, he said he was not working there!! My personal opinion is, this hotel not suitable for the guests who wants to stay comfortable, despite of the area was large

The hotel is nice enough and not too far from the shopping street. We stayed for 7 days and the room was not cleaned properly once.

Very convenient place, but need train leg muscle. Highly recommended for those like shopping. 🤗

The hotel was great for my friend and I. We traveled to Seoul to see some light festivals before going to Busan for a New Year's countdown. The location was perfect.

The hotel has a relatively good location. And it's very nice

The facilities are excellent and the living is also very warm. I will come back to stay again.
