I enjoyed staying here. The location is great, next to restaurants, shopping area, and public transportation! The room was ean, comfortable, with good shower!

Nice place and very easy to go around Seoul for its accessibility

Quick and easy check-in and check-out with ideal hours. It’s situated atop a steep hill that can be difficult to handle with heavy luggage, but otherwise the location is great and close to Shinchon Station.

It’s nice that we are allowed to check in early, but it’s a bit dirty once we step inside the room, lots of hair and dirt on the floor.

Good location and reasonable price . There are few popular restaurants near the hotel .

The hotel overall is quite warm and comfortable. However, the cleaning service is really bad. I asked for the room service but they didn’t sweep the floor or even fold my bed. I wondered if they had skipped cleaning my room altogether, but they still provided a new bottle of water and emptied the dustbin. Please improve your cleaning service.

It is close to the station.But as everyone says, it is a very steep hill if you go from the main street on the north side!

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient. However, the facilities are a bit old, particularly the toilets which could use an update.

The location of the hotel is really good. However the walls are quite thin and the equipment is old. The staff is changing a lot and is not acquainted with the area

I booked the hotel during winter, and my room was so warm even the water was very hot. I highly recommend. Ahh, also very friendly staff🤗

Counter service very helpful and friendly, is able to speak mandarin (Chinese language)

Budget accomodation at a great location. Enjoyed our stay in Sincheon and the service was great but facility is more like a hostel than a hotel, except we had private bathroom. If you want a great location at the great price and don't need all the fancy hotel extras then this is for you!

Room was clean and the place is quite new and convenient. No complaints
