After check-in we found out that the indoor swimming pool and the sky roof restaurant weren't open due to maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this specific accommodation. So it was a very big disappointment. I think the hotel should have announced this on their website so customers don't stand for surprises!

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Yorumlara bakarak gelmeyecektik ama şans vermek istedik. Otele yorumları sorduğumuzda hk ile problem yaşadıklarını ve hemen değiştirdiklerini söylediler. Odalar temizdi . Jakuzi vardı ve keyifliydi bahsedildiği gibi odayı veya banyoyu su basmadı. Aşağıda meyhane vardı aşağıdan ses geliyordu ama rahatsız edecek kadar değildi . Ama meyhane de yer ayırmamıza ve telefon numaramızı bırakmamıza rağmen en köşeyi vermişler rüzgar çok estiği için değiştirmelerini rica ettik . Bize kaba yaklaştılar rezervasyonu iptal etmemiz lazımdı siz çok geç geldiniz dediler ama onun için puan kırmayacağım. Keyifli bir deneyimdi fiyat performans oteliydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan iki hanımefendiye yardımları için teşekkür ederiz

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I chose to stay in Ibis Izmir Alsancak mainly because of its location that is very near a metro station as well as a tram station. It's only two minutes walk from the stations. And it turns out it's near a public park overlooking the sea that you can visit to relax. And the park has playground  area for kids and excercise area for grown ups.  This hotels is also surrounded by restaurants, cake shops and convinient stores. And I love this hotel furthermore. The check in process was smooth. The staffs are nice and friendly. The room is spacious. And I love the bathroom, with unique layout and the liquid soap that smells very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is superb, with coffee machine that provides various coffee and chocolate drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Izmir.

到現場後前台告訴我們沒有接到訂單，在前台等了好久，最後刷自己的卡辦理的入住。酒店位置比較荒涼，周圍什麼也沒有，早餐可能是不適應國外餐食的原因，覺得一般，沒什麼可吃的。可以免費停車，衞生中規中矩，房間不算太新，但還可以。

I had been told I was booked into this hotel after my surgery close by. When I arrived they didn’t have a reservation for me but rang the hospital to find out where I should be. Gave me a seat and a coffee and were so friendly and caring whilst I waited to be picked up. They wouldn’t take payment for the coffee and the WiFi. I hope to visit again and will definitely make sure I stay at this friendly professional small hotel. Thank you.

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! 酒店裝修的忒綜合了，有埃及風也有古希臘圖案還有意大利文藝復興時期和19世紀的噴繪油畫，再加上一個清真寺大模型。還有一羣小鸚鵡🦜生活在造景的玻璃房裡。 我們的房間又小又沒有窗戶，太讓人意外了。關鍵是我們居然住了三個晚上，憋憋屈屈的感覺。床比較軟，塌了，最後感到腰疼。可能是夏季所以沒有配備夏被或薄毯，說出來不好意思，晚上我衹好蓋上浴巾了。因為沒有窗戶，開空調就太冷否則就太悶，住的不舒服。 攜程網上推薦有9分，我覺得不至於吧。 有人說自助早餐豐富好的不得了，我就好奇了記錄了一下，好不好我不做評判。各種奶酪11種，口味基本一樣但形狀不同，各種腌制橄欖口味基本都是咸口但顏色各異，蜂蜜分別裝在5、6個不同的玻璃器皿裏，果醬7、8種包裝都一樣，麵包有4種，蔬菜4種；有幾種玉米燕麥片，水果是西瓜和葡萄。 最值得稱讚我覺得是早餐每天都有帶着蜂巢的新鮮蜂蜜🍯。 酒店位置好，距離火車站200米，做火車出行去周邊地區和機場都極便利。 我誠懇的建議，要去以弗所古城的人不要在伊茲密爾住，太貴。直接去塞爾丘克或其他小鎮住，不錯。許多外國遊客都這麽選擇。

I wouldn’t call The New Zeybek Hotel a hotel. This has been the worse experience me and my family have had. The staff are very unprofessional, especially all the female staff. They spoke very little English and communication was difficult. One of the female staff members was extremely rude! The rooms were in very poor condition, the aircon didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t close and, the floor was filthy. We could also hear people clearly a floor below us in the bathroom having conversations. The keycard stopped working on the 3rd day. The battery died so we had to collect an actual key every day to open the door plus a temporary key card for the lighting. Housekeeping was very poor - we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels everyday. The breakfast was terrible, we received set plates with cold scrambled eggs. However we met a very accommodating staff members towards the end of the holiday. He was very helpful with great customer service skills. He’s name was Hamid. The lifts also didn’t work. On the first day we got stuck in the lift, the intercom didn’t work either. If it wasn’t for us banging on the door we wouldn’t have been heard! We had no Wi-Fi connection during our entire stay. This hotel need to close down or needs a complete revamp. We knew it was only a 3 star but this wasn’t even that. We have stayed in other 3 star hotels in Turkey that have been of a very good standard. Holiday May 2022

This is in the best hotel we have stayed in Izmir. We checked out yesterday and will be back again. Walking through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the warmth and kindness of the owner and staff. The hotel staff was extremely kind, professional, attentive, friendly and helpful and multi lingual. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has its Hamam (Turkish bath), swimming pool and spa. Here for business? 2 very large, well equipped conference rooms are available for your business needs. What makes this hotel truly stand out to me is the location. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything. Walking distance to the famous Knok Bazaar and surrounded by every store imaginable. The best shops, restaurants, Baklava stores and more. 5 minute walk to the beautifully stunning harbor where you can spend the day strolling or taking a boat ride to take in the sea

Location was excellent. Reception area staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast and drinks at bar was good. However room service & cleaning people are not so good. It seems that they don’t vacuum the carpet throughly. And didn’t clean my t-shirt which I gave for laundry with other clothes. Since I was in a hurry I didn’t check that well and paid for it. Meraikan ulang tahun kami di Izmir dan merancang untuk menginap di hotel ini selama 2 malam tetapi akhirnya dilanjutkan kerana lokasinya agak mudah untuk kami. Kereta api bawah tanah terletak beberapa meter dan lokasinya juga beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pantai dengan pemandangan matahari terbenam yang hebat. Banyak kedai dan restoran di seberang jalan dan kakitangan di hotel juga membantu. Hôtel très récent à proximité de la rue principale pietonne d'Alkansak,?ous avons séjourné dans une chambre ” de luxe” c'est a dire un peu plus grande que les autres au 5 ème étage chambre jolie ,beau décor et grande et belle salle de bain. Nous avons payé moins de 80 euros avec petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner se prend au café de l'autre côté de la petite rue,c'est un petit déjeuner turc en self service. Le personnel qui navigue entre hôtel et café est très efficace et agréable, surtout la jeune fille de l'accueil et la dame du petit déjeuner.Le quartier bien que populaire,est sûr et il y a les centaines de restaurants, magasins à 2 minutes à pied . Ayant testé un hôtel à Kordon ,je préfère l'animation d'Alkansak.

Nice little 2 day break. Centre of old town. Hotel had old style character and is very in the middle of the bustling old town with its shops. The hotel is extremely clean. Entertainment finishes about 11pm so doesn't stop you from sleeping. I slept well once it settled down after 11pm. The bedrooms are well presented and very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a lovely shower. All very well maintained. Hotel lunch and dinner was lovely and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I walked to the sea front via the shops / market in about 10 to 15 minutes. Add a nice 30 minute walk along the sea front you will come across a busting vibrant city with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops all open till late. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days there.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a free mini bar. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was quite delicious. Service is excellent and always with a smile. The toiletries were by Molton Brown which is a favorite of mine. On the whole it was an excellent stay.

Nice little 2 day break. Centre of old town. Hotel had old style character and is very in the middle of the bustling old town with its shops. The hotel is extremely clean. Entertainment finishes about 11pm so doesn't stop you from sleeping. I slept well once it settled down after 11pm. The bedrooms are well presented and very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with a lovely shower. All very well maintained. Hotel lunch and dinner was lovely and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I walked to the sea front via the shops / market in about 10 to 15 minutes. Add a nice 30 minute walk along the sea front you will come across a busting vibrant city with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops all open till late. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days there.

Hôtel très récent à proximité de la rue principale pietonne d'Alkansak,?ous avons séjourné dans une chambre ” de luxe” c'est a dire un peu plus grande que les autres au 5 ème étage chambre jolie ,beau décor et grande et belle salle de bain. Nous avons payé moins de 80 euros avec petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner se prend au café de l'autre côté de la petite rue,c'est un petit déjeuner turc en self service. Le personnel qui navigue entre hôtel et café est très efficace et agréable, surtout la jeune fille de l'accueil et la dame du petit déjeuner.Le quartier bien que populaire,est sûr et il y a les centaines de restaurants, magasins à 2 minutes à pied . Ayant testé un hôtel à Kordon ,je préfère l'animation d'Alkansak.

I chose to stay in Ibis Izmir Alsancak mainly because of its location that is very near a metro station as well as a tram station. It's only two minutes walk from the stations. And it turns out it's near a public park overlooking the sea that you can visit to relax. And the park has playground  area for kids and excercise area for grown ups.  This hotels is also surrounded by restaurants, cake shops and convinient stores. And I love this hotel furthermore. The check in process was smooth. The staffs are nice and friendly. The room is spacious. And I love the bathroom, with unique layout and the liquid soap that smells very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is superb, with coffee machine that provides various coffee and chocolate drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in Izmir.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for my reasons. The rooms are large and comfy with gorgeous huge beds with everything you would need for your stay. Fridges in rooms, fabulous big waterfall showers and balconies. The staff are so kind and as my daughter and i had surgery in Izmir it was so lovely to have such kind staff to bring us ice packs and anything else we needed. They gave us a late check out to 2pm and the maid even gave up her time so we could shower and five before we left for the airport. Thank you to Gokcen, Hek, and Selda for making our stay so lovely ...see you again x

Good value for money. Breakfast is surprisingly very good. The hosts can communicate in English well. Location is very good. 2 subway stations are within 6 minutes from the hotel. Just take bus 302 from the izmir otogar to reach the hotel. Weak wifi is the only downside. We can overcome that wifi issue by just sitting outside the hotel room.

It was nice that it was a 20 minute walk to the Aegean sea and the smyrna basilika, which was really cool. It was also a 20 minute drive to the bus terminal and the airport. The room was really neat and clean. There were a lot of cool amenities that not a lot of hotels have. However, the shower head was broken. Since we were just staying for one night, we told the staff the next morning, and they said that they would check. Hopefully, they did.
