House Boutique Suites is an excellently run place from start to finish. From arrival to check out everything is managed well and makes for a comfortable stay with anything one might need while visiting Amman. The Hotel itself is clearly a 4-5 star by any standards, from check-in to breakfast to housekeeping everyone is nice and friendly. The breakfast is shockingly nice and its free for some or all rooms from what I can tell. Illy coffee freshly made and enough food diversity for even picky eaters, all in a spotless and well-maintained dining area. Also, the breakfast is open until 10:30 so you don’t feel rushed which is great for tired travelers. The lobby likewise is spotless and well suited for an afternoon drink. Its modern and luxurious, well put together. The staff constantly freshens the pillows etc. and it always looks picture perfect. The pool bar was staffed when the sun came out and made for a great place to relax and have a beer with great views. Extremely competitive prices for everything, very well priced food and drinks. Location is excellent walking for those able to navigate to most major sites. Within 2 minutes there are multiple small grocery stores, and one larger full service just two blocks way. Anything you might need is there and there is a small store for beer, champagne etc about 5-10m away in case you’re inclined. The walk to rainbow street is about 10m and downtown about 25 but for us required an Uber when its warmer out. Front desk called Uber for us and let us know how reliable it is, was super helpful. It cost 10 JOD round trip to the Citadel and that was with tips, think the base fares was 2-3 JOD one way. The one-bedroom grand suite was exceptionally large, with an amazing view and really had the feel of a personal apartment. Two bathrooms, and closet space so large I don’t know how anyone would fill it on vacation along with a nearly full kitchen. There are type many chargers in the living room and by the beds, so you have options. Really can’t fault this place, exceptional for the price. Sign up for the loyalty program and they give you 10% off as well at check in. Give it a try, it’s a wonderful place to relax and get situated after a long day of travel.

I stayed at the W in amman for 3 weeks during May. The first time I stayed in April, I ran into a few issues that immediately got fixed next time I visited: 1- I got upgraded to a suite which was so comfortable given that my stay was a long one. Thank you Omar Yousef, you’re the best. 2- Hotel staff started calling me by my first name showing great care and specialty treatment 3- Mesh (breakfast area) staff were awesome. In specific my favorite server Abdallah who as soon as I step into Mesh, knows what coffee I want, where I would sit and what I would like to have ready on my table. It’s nice to have someone predict your needs without you saying a word. I was also impressed by Alexa’s arabic language skills and welcoming attitude. 4- Staff are courteous and try to interact with you, asking about your day, how you are liking your stay, etc. Hayek and Ahmad Dandis, I am grateful for your care :) 5- Spa services were great. It was my birthday and i decided to gift myself a massage at the spa. Sham, the spa coordinator prepared a nice bd card for me and a nice treat! It was lovely :) 6- Hotel Location is central and there are a lot of amenities around. 7- Unexpected gesture during my last day with a lovely card from the team. It made my day :) Excellent experience, will come back soon ＜3

Harganya setanding dengan hotel mewah bertaraf lima bintang seperti Rotana dan W, tetapi kemudahannya tidak berbeza dengan hotel Samsung. Bilik itu sangat lembap dan perabotnya sangat lama. Jadi saya tidak mahu tinggal di sana jika harganya tidak tinggi.

I stayed at the Ibis as part of an Exoticca tour. I had 3 nights at the start of my trip, and 1 at the end. All on a half board basis. The first room I had was nice, admittedly a little tired, but clean and comfortable. The room I had last was not as nice, the basin smelled really bad and the shower leaked. Breakfast was good, very strong coffee, nice juice, an omelette station alongside typical continental options, as well as hot food. Dinner was ok, lovely salads and bread each day. There is a bar which sells alcohol (albeit expensive), and a gift shop. It is opposite a mall and supermarket, and there are restaurants nearby. The staff were lovely.

Pre-arrival communication was excellent and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at around 01:45am. The welcome when we arrived around 02:30 was great also. The place is very clean. I also really liked the location, it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood you can happily walk around.. quiet that is until you get to the hotel, which is by far the noisiest place in the whole area. We booked this around 6 months ago when there was no mention of noise on the reviews, if there had been then we wouldn’t have booked it. Unfortunately our room on the first floor was directly above the venue. The first night we arrived so late it was ok, though even at 3am there was a fair bit of noise from people moving stuff around downstairs. Night 2 was ok, there was nothing happening. The problem was night 3. We had an early start and tried to go to bed at 10, but they had an event on. The music was so loud it was getting through earplugs, I called downstairs and asked when it was stopping and got told 12 and was told to put ear plugs in. I said I had. She said she’d speak to them to see if they would turn it down… 10mins later they turned it up.. it was so loud you could feel the vibrations coming through the bed. It did however get turned off at 12. The next morning we checked out and I mentioned it, the guy on reception said they’d stopped at 11, I just looked at him and he straightaway changed his mind to midnight and apologised, though he seemed to think it was funny and was laughing. Generally reception staff are a mixed bag - some are lovely and really helpful, some just completely ignore you and don’t even say hello when you great them as you go past. Breakfast was disappointing. It is advertised 7am to 10am, in reality it’s 7:30-9. If you arrive before 7:30 then nothing is out, at 9am you will find little food left and hardly anywhere to sit as the tables are full of other people’s plates and leftovers which aren’t cleared. Some of the reviews talk about having freshly made omelettes or pancakes - this is not a thing. at no point in 3 breakfasts did anyone offer us anything other than what was on the buffet (2 out of 3 breakfasts there wasn’t even any staff there). Overall, I completely understand that some people will love a lively location and not have breakfast - and that’s completely fine and this will be perfect for them - the location is excellent and it’s spotlessly clean; but if I’d known about the noise then I wouldn’t have booked here

Stayed here for 1 night upon arrival in Amman and then again for 2 nights toward the end of the trip. The Hotel resonates with Jordanian architecture seamlessly throughout the property including mosaic designs. The rooms are super quiet but sadly did not have a view. Breakfast has sumptuous options including an Omelette & Pan Cake station. Service is excellent across Front Desk, Restaurants, and Room services with the right people ready to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable with a smile on the face and expecting the least in return. The Front Desk staff are the stars of the Hotel who are professional and friendly and were kind enough to upgrade us to a Family Room despite the Agent booking us a Triple Room (for a family). The Hotel is located off a quiet street (backside) and is under 10 minute's drive to downtown by cab. There are also some good restaurants and convenience stores that can be covered on foot.

Stayed for three nights as part of a package. Arrived very late and was pleased to find a sandwich waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were quite hard and the room was quite small. The bathroom had a walk in shower and plenty of toiletries, along with slippers and robes available. the rooms were fitted with aircon but it had been switched off as the management felt it was not needed and guests were given a fan instead. The food was quite good with plenty of choice for breakfast and an omelette station. The dinners were also quite good and featured some local specialities. Staff were friendly and spoke good English, free water was provided along with tea making facilities in the rooms. We were happy with this hotel and would stay here again

I stayed there one day before going to jerisalem and 2 days after return from Israel. Hotel take care of my luggages in their store room and put it back to my room when I return from border before I arrived. Staffs has provided all informations that I need. Their breakfast is much way better than others downtown hotels which I had stayed before. Front desk Mgr AHMED and his stuffs Gaite take care of my early travel to border with lunch box which I had to eat until lunch. They have clean bedsheet and quite room. Even Cleaning ladies treated with smile and good english. At lobby, tea/water available 24/7.. Defintely, Rafi hotel will be my choice for my next trip to Amman

I loved the Cabin Hostel. I stayed only two nights, but they were just what I needed. The location is perfect. surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, walkable to the citadel and theatre and souls. I checked in around midnight and there was no issue. I stayed in a private room, which was basic but clean and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers (with hot water). 24hr access to filtered water, coffee, tea. I had breakfast on the first morning, which was fine, but the rooftop kitchen/hangout area is great. The dorms also looked good and comfortable - the kind that have proper privacy curtains. I would definitely recommend it.

Sehr gut ist der Service. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Treppe in den ersten Stock (Empfang) des Hotels sehr steil ist und kein Aufzug (mehr) existiert. Das Personal hilft aber gern.

Great Place! The Studio was very nice, the view towards the Citadel absolutely amazing. The bedroom was in the back, so it was very quiet and we slept superb. Breakfast is not included in the rate but the very nice restaurant opens at 9 am and we had great breakfast with a Vitamin Boost Smoothie, a good cappuccino and a very nice bread with hummus, avocado and a poached egg (actually 2 pieces of bread with 2 eggs, quite big). I only had the smoothie and 4 slice of French toast, and it was around 8 US in total, nothing to complain and the quality was good, The day before we had a very good salad and we both had no problems with our stomach. Your car can be parked safely inside the grounds and the place is not far away from Rainbow STreet and all the restaurants. Book it, you cannot go wrong!

I loved the Cabin Hostel. I stayed only two nights, but they were just what I needed. The location is perfect. surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops, walkable to the citadel and theatre and souls. I checked in around midnight and there was no issue. I stayed in a private room, which was basic but clean and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers (with hot water). 24hr access to filtered water, coffee, tea. I had breakfast on the first morning, which was fine, but the rooftop kitchen/hangout area is great. The dorms also looked good and comfortable - the kind that have proper privacy curtains. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for a my last night in Jordan :( but no complaints about the hotel at all! Got a single room to myself and it was solid. Bed, clean bathroom inside, and even a small tv. The location itself is just amazing; right in the heart of downtown, opposite the Roman Theatre and a stone’s throw away from King Hussein Street and the Souqs. They offer a value breakfast, and have a fantastic terrace with views of Amman at it’s bustling best. Would highly recommend for location and comfort in stay!

AlJazeera Hotel il y a une minute sur Sejour excellent, je recommande cet endroit. Le personnel , Youssef et Wael ont été des plus agréables et veillent à tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et des plus arrangeants. L'appartement est très propre et le lit super confortable. De plus, il est très bien situé, non loin du mall Abdalli, centre très récréatif et agréable. La prochaine fois, je sais où revenir. Merci encore!

The location for us was very good, the front disk staff are nice especially Mr. Osama. The rooms are with good size, but the carpet is dirty and they can do better with cleaning for 4 star hotel. They keep forgetting placing towels. Do not forget to take water with you because they place a complemantary water once only on check in!!! Inform the front disk to charge your room door key for your period of stay otherwise you have to keep going down to recharge it.!!! Breakfast is very good, nice variety. Reception is clean and spacious.

My husband and I stayed at the Arabian suites for 2 nights first, then we traveled to Petra, Wadi rum, and Aqaba and returned to the Arabian Suites for an extra night before flying back home. When we first arrived , the host/owner and his wife invited us to his home for a great conversation along with herbal tea and biscuits. It was our first experience with the wonderful Jordanian hospitality. The host gave us very helpful advice, and made sure that we had all we needed to have a great time in Amman. The apartment was very clean, had all its amenities, and a beautiful view. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, and very close-walking distance- to the Jett bus that will take you everywhere in Jordan. We enjoyed our stay at the Arabian Suites, it felt like staying with family, or friends we have known for a long time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Amman, including our own adult children. We loved it!

Clean basic hotel but one that really cares about its clients. Although only a one star hotel our stay was extremely comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was really nice and we suggest you book a room with an ensuite. The free walking tour of downtown Amman taken by Orwha was a real eye-opener and he was a perfect guide. (you pay him what do you think it’s worth). The hotel is a stones throw from the Roman theatre and the ancient citadel on the hill. It was very noisy throughout the night however as it was Eid and everybody was out celebrating until the Sun came up.
