Welcoming staff arrived in the evening and staff were very friendly and had allocated us a good room with a slight sea view. The rooms are quite far so please contact book if you have mobility issues as there are quite a lot of stairs too and was quite dangerous when it rained one day! Food was good with a large variety. The late night entertainment can go on till late so avoid rooms facing the pool as guests could get loud. The rooms need upgrading and we were dissatisfied with the bathroom so asked for a change however this was not possible as it was fully booked. Otherwise the room were clean and suitable. The beach isn’t the best but you can walk through the next hotel and catch the boat to the marina area Would not say it’s a 4/5* luxury hotel but the hotel does have amazing views and it’s okay if your looking for affordable place which is near the centre.

Nice hotel and staff. Wonderful breakfast in the restaurant with breathtaking view. Pool outside was very cold in the beginning of November. Room was clean and nice. We love this wonderful castle very much. One thing that made us sad- We leave hotel 6 am and ask for lunch box with breakfast. The staff on the front desk said that in the morning everything will be ready, however nobody prepare it for us( and just collect in a hurry couple hard croissants(((

Great place to stay, rooms spacious, and service great. The staff go out of their way to assist even when their is the language barrier. Would like to point out three of the staff, namely. Ramazan Hakan Yusuf for their outstanding work ethics, friendliness. They all made our time here very special and whent over and above their functions to make us feel at home with them. Thank you one and all for this amazing experience as this was our first trip to your wonderful country. What a spectacular oasis! A veritable jewel in Bodrum! The hotel, staff, grounds and pool were amazing! The hotel is well-kept and maintained. The grounds are gorgeous. It goes without saying that the owners take great pride in their property. The owners were onsite when we arrived and received us warmly much to our delight. The included breakfast is a sumptuous spread with fresh local delicacies. The wait staff are attentive and personable. The rooms are immaculate, well-kept and well-attended. This was our first time in Turkey and Bodrum was the first island on our journey, and we were not disappointed with the Su. Kudos to the owners and staff who make this boutique hotel the gem that it is! The hotel is central and near the marina which offers a plethora of eateries with a sea view and boutiques. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful respite in Bodrum. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Arrival - Receptionist was not very pleasant and in fact rude, she started to engage in conversation with Turkish clients mid way through us checking in and ignored us! She also made a point (three times) of letting us know that we were only on a B&B rate (which of course we knew). Room was not available/ready on checkin and we had to wait until post the standard checkin time (2pm) to access the room. Hotel porter carried one suitcase for us and I carried the other, he then stood waiting for his tip! Room was a Sea View with Pool room, there are about 8 of these on the infinity pool level. Be aware that only half have the view directly to the sea and infinity pool. Ours was right at the end of the block and had a sea view only, which was spoiled due to equipment and materials left (daily) outside our room by the builders. Grass area in front of these rooms was unkept and overgrown and only on our day of departure were theses areas given some attention. Rooms had insufficient lighting and no seating to sit at the dressing table. No full length mirror in the room, although bathroom has a large mirror waist height and above. Building works are still ongoing following a change of Hotel ownership and closure earlier this year for refurbishments. Sea view rooms with Pool were being painted and having fixtures and fittings amended. Other building works were happening at the poolside, an outdoor kitchen area was being installed during the daytime and whilst we tried to relax by the pool. Masonry drills, workman etc - and the bar staff turned the music up even louder to block out the workman noise (ridiculous). A-la-carte evening dining was unavailable throughout our stay, it seems the restaurant was closed or not fully refurbished to allow guests! Main pool area: Lack of towels by the poolside caused a lot of frustration to many guests and there was no urgency to provide towels when staff were asked. Pools do not seem to be cleaned daily and you can see lots of grime and dirt in both pools when you look closely. Staff at pool area played royalty free music too loud and on repeated loop, it was driving all guests mad! Breakfast - despite images on website and instagram, the breakfast is a good selection of Turkish/Central European cuisine - it doesn't cater for international travellers, no croissant, jam, pain-au-chocolate, no freshly prepared eggs or omelettes. And you have to pay £2 per orange juice daily extra! Tea and coffee is Turkish options only. Supervisor regularly skipped outside of the restaurant at service and would stand having a cigarette before returning to the service. Also breakfast room has loud music playing. WiFi signal is terrible and we didn't connect in our room for our entire stay. Satellite TV in our room also didn't work! And the final straw - we were asked to move rooms mid way through our stay so the builders could decorate and fit out the room we were in!!!! We declined and said they would have to wait un

We spent a week at the Manzara Hotel , and loved every minute of it.The setting of the rooms in little houses,the luxuriant gardens and trees,the rooms are very well designed,the bed very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and well stocked. We liked the restaurant overlooking one of the pools and the bay ,a lovely spot for a romantic dinner. There is a taxi station right outside the hotel which is very convenient for a quick trip 'downtown' or to the beaches. But what makes the hotel so special, are the people who work there:Zeynep & Yacup at reception, Deniz the head waiter, his team, and Enis the bartender are just delightful individuals who made our stay very pleasant and remarkable. The inclusive breakfast was a feast every morning and the food at the restaurant delicious. i cannot recommend the Manzara enough, for those who want a peaceful,elegant,affordable and unforgettable stay in Bodrum ! WE shall return.

A great hotel well positioned far enough from Bodrum to be able to enjoy a bit of peace and quite, but near enough to be on the marine promenade by foot in 10 minutes, alternatively by water taxi right into town. Very helpful staff, day and night, they made us feel spoilt and special, although there are sometimes language barriers, but with a mobile translating app this shouldnt be a problem. However, the internet connection seems to be a problem, with the signal often going away, also the logging into the hotel wifi is terrible, having to log in with room number and birth date when you do get thrown out of the net. I hope that they get a better solution for that, the sooner the better. We were there at the end of the season, so there weren't many guests there any more. I love the fitness centre and went there every day, as well as for a swim in the sea, which has perfectly clear water without any waste or algae at all. Next time we visit Bodrum, we definately will stay there again.

After reading the comments we were very concerned. However we had a brilliant time! Room was spacious, clean, room service every day with fresh towels etc! On the odd occasion we had to request more toilet roll but this was always provided! Air con worked well and we were greatful of a cool room as weather was amazing! Staff we never had any problems, and big shout out to Eles in the downstairs lobby he was fantastic and let him create a drink for u as they are always delish, also polak from the pool bar he was great! With the staff they treat people how they are treated if u try to be familiar and say thank you in Turkish they appreciate this and treat them with the respect they deserve and u will have no problems! Pool was always clean! And plenty of sun beds around. At night we never saw anyone drinking/smoking around the pool! Food was always plentiful and tasty and something for everyone, I’m a picky eater and managed a good meal every-time. I saw one fly the whole time I was there, and I’m not sure how the hotel could be blamed for this! However make sure somebody sits at ur time outside in the eating area as there are birds around! There are a few evenings where there is entertainment in the eating area and this is nice! We were aware there was no entertainment so was no bothered by this. However they do play music around the slide pool! There are cats around but they are very friendly and appreciate a snack if u can give one! Med the rep was fabulous and we had a great boat trip and he gave us lots of other information about the area and was always on hand if we had questions! Overall I will be returning and again your holiday is what you make it! No this is a 5* resort but I am yet to go abroad and get a 5* like in England! So go and have a fabulous time!! If you want a good cocktail go behind the hotel to bodrum legends they are brilliant and they play sports and have pool and darts for free!

We were travelling around in Greece and Turkey for a longer period of time with two minor children and this was the most expensive stay we had - unfortunately not worth the money. We appreciated the very clean room we got and the fast check in…and the poolarea is really cosy - but.. • we are 4 people and got 2 pillows and 1 sheet, so went to the reception at 20 o clock to ask for a pillow and just one more sheet. The receptionist was busy doing her nails and pretended she didn’t understand my husband’s English, but told him she would bring it within 20 minutes. 1 hour later I went and spoke with her in Turkish and she couldn’t help us with another pillow, but gave me a pillowcase. We had been up early travelling and went to bed and didn’t get a pillow for the stay • the breakfast was never ready at 8 o clock as scheduled, which was a problem with minor and hungry children • the staff is sadly all very depressed and careless. The male receptionist was the only one who smiled briefly to our daughter, but the rest seems so sad. We avoided trying to contact them after the first attempts of our kindness was rejected. We are normally really good tippers, so that was unfortunate for them. • we chose this place due to the children pool, but it was very dirty with a small filter • we asked for options to go to a nearby city to take a ferry to Greece. The female receptionist told us our only option was a VIP transfer for 5500 lira and that none of the taxis would take us there. We found a taxi ourselves within a normal rate (1500 lira) and the male receptionist mocked me about the price and told me that the agreement we had made with the driver was a scam and that the driver wouldn’t show up. The next day the driver came and the price we had agreed was even cheaper than agreed

Let's start with the positives. Our room on the third floor at the front overlooking the sea was very spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and very nice bed linen. The only thing we didn't find that would have been useful was an iron and ironing board. The views from the balcony were stunning. The bathroom was large with good toiletries and space to put things away. The shower may not have been the most powerful but worked fine and hot water was always available. Breakfast was excellent, served until 11 am, with an extensive buffet selection and cooked to order items. On the less positive side, whilst the mornings were great the beach bar DJ started up at 2 pm with thumping bass'y music increasing in volume as the afternoon went on. This doesn't make for a relaxing time on the beach. Whilst to be expected in the main season we had not anticipated this in the first week in October. It was quieter sitting by the pool but if you like to sit on the beach in peaceful and tranquil surroundings this is not the place for you. The other significant negative was the excessively expensive food and drink. For some bizarre reason the menus are priced in Euros but billed in Turkish Lira which makes checking the bill quite difficult. Very few bottles of wine under 100 Euros and food choices were limited unless you wanted to pay a fortune. This had the effect of pushing guests away from the hotel to eat and drink; those who could easily afford it simply weren't prepared to pay unrealistic prices for what was on offer. A bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush was over 2,000 Lira when you could buy exactly the same in the supermarket five minutes walk up the road for 300 Lira. A 600%mark-up seems somewhat greedy! Unlikely we will stay here again.

We booked from the 15th-22nd Sept. 2023 for 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at around 01:00 (16th Sept) our room is not ready and the hotel reception sent us to another hotel. The next day we were told to go back to our original hotel by 2. When we get at Asmin Hotel our room is not ready yet. I was really upset and angry because we are wasting our time waiting to check in instead of enjoying our day going around bodrum. We checked in almost 3 pm but only 1 room is available that time. This hotel is a mess based on our experienced. Customer service failed to accomodate us on the day we arrived. In fact we paid from the 15th of Sept but the room is not available on the early hours of 16th. Another bad experienced on our last day 22nd of Sept we went to a turkish bath/massage. My son left his bag with a big amount of money because he said its more safe than to bring with him in the massage place. He left his bag on top of the table knowing no one will come in because we did not put the sign to clean our room. When we got back at around 17:00 my son was preparing his things ready for tonight's flight. When he counted his money £260 was missing about 9,000 Lira. We kept on counting 5 times to double check but still the £260 is missing. We went to the reception and told them what had happened. The responced from them was very dissapointing. He told us why we did not put the money in a safety box. They even said that cleaner was working with them for so many years and this is the first time it happened. I told the manager that we are not going to complaint if there is nothing missing. Someone steal my son's money and only the cleaner have an access to our room. Another guest confirmed to me that the cleaner came in and out of our son's room which the money is missing. Another thing, when we got back my son found out that the door in their room is unlocked. The cleaner left the door unlocked. My son asked the manager to check the cctv and we can see that the cleaner went to our room. We been travelling to many countries but this is the first time we were robbed in our hotel room. We are confident that we are safe while staying in Asmin Hotel but its not what we are expecting. Instead of the manager to give us assurance to invistigate the case, she even told us that the cleaner is not stealing the money. How did she know? Of course whoever steal my son's money will not admit because in the first place there is no camera inside our room. My son was very upset because that money is from his hardwork. He called the tourist hotline and they sent 2 police officer around 19:00 hours. Luckily when the police arrived I was with the phone talking to my friend who speaks turkish. She became our translator as the police officer cannot speak english well. The result, the police is defending the hotel. This hotel is quite literally on the sea shore! It has beautiful and incredible views of the sea, filled with fishing, motor cruisers, gulets, yachts and pleasure boats, so much to watch as the busy life goes on outside this busy little area. The room was however nice and quiet. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed a stunning sea and castle view from our lovely little balcony! Such a wonderful place to sit and watch the sun go down behind Bodrum castle! and then watch the lights twinkle around the harbour. The bathrooms are large, with fantastic showers and nice toiletries. The towels are so soft and just like new! Breakfast is a lovely Turkish buffet with the possibility of wonderful tasty omlette's at a small additional cost. It would be wrong to suggest that this is a gourmet meal but it's delicious and very Turkish! This is served in a delightful large and sunny balcony restaurant overlooking the bay and castle. The staff are very accommodating and extremely happy to help, offering expert service and guidance about this lovely bustling area of Bodrum. They are happy to organise restaurants, taxi's etc. and are happy and kind There is a host of restaurants, bars, shops, and other facilities on the door step of this hotel. A really good hotel which is highly recommended for service, location and comfort!

The staff at the reception- the one who knows English that’s John is extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately the others don’t know English n can barely manage to communciate. The room size is good, balcony is extremely huge and nice to sit n a very good sea view. However the bathroom had a hi fi shower state and jaccuzi however it wasn’t working. The water was leaking from the AC and a pool was formed. Housekeeping staff was quite ridiculous and entered our room without our permission, which is quite ridiculous. Breakfast was good, though egg options weren’t there. They had a coffee machine so one could have cappuccino, hot chocolate etc.. It has been taken over by the Allan group but facilities are quite poor. No toiletries nothing is provided like living in a guest house. Pricing was high as compared to the services provided.

Conveniently situated with on street parking right outside, this hotel is a little gem. The staff went above and beyond to help. Considering the very reasonable cost of our stay, the view from our balcony was priceless. The bedroom was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities plus fridge. Breakfast is served around the lovely pool area and is waiter service to your table. No scrambling around for food although, tea, coffee etc were self service. It is close to all pubs and restaurants (only a couple of doors away from one of our favourites, Annalivia). Slight word of warning; music from close by nightclubs could be a problem if you don't like noise but didn't bother us at all. We will definitely go back.

Firstly had the warmest welcome and greetings from one of the main staff taking care of us, Cihat, who went above and beyond for us and left with no questions or worries. Every need was met and considering there was a large group of us travelling together it was the ultimate relaxation spot for our weekend trip away. Will be coming back!

The staff at the reception- the one who knows English that’s John is extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately the others don’t know English n can barely manage to communciate. The room size is good, balcony is extremely huge and nice to sit n a very good sea view. However the bathroom had a hi fi shower state and jaccuzi however it wasn’t working. The water was leaking from the AC and a pool was formed. Housekeeping staff was quite ridiculous and entered our room without our permission, which is quite ridiculous. Breakfast was good, though egg options weren’t there. They had a coffee machine so one could have cappuccino, hot chocolate etc.. It has been taken over by the Allan group but facilities are quite poor. No toiletries nothing is provided like living in a guest house. Pricing was high as compared to the services provided.

I stayed here for 4 weeks in august 2022 and it’s been an amazing holiday. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Pool and bar area is quite big and also nice. The staff are so helpful and nice. It is close to road, restaurants and bar street but you can hardly hear any noise. I will definitely stay here next year!

Very welcoming. Fabulous atmosphere. Excellent service. Food was superb and all freshly made. Room spacious with nice balcony. Well situated just 5 minutes walk to beach. Only thing I would have liked would be blackout curtains and not a room by car park. But overall an excellent stay and ALL wonderful staff
